Having you kicked off the message board would be a tragedy. I find myself looking forward to reading your messages.

I go on the Politics and Current Events section of the forum thinking, "What's he going to say next."

JK:

While I agree with only about 20% of what you say, I admire the way in which you stand by your statements.
I've been lurking here for a long time, and only make posts rarely, and usually about nothing of importance. Your "challenge" to everyone is admirable. I only wish that some of the others who have less integrity (and they are few, to be sure) and even less to say would do the same.:D

Lol. Vote you off the Island.....100 posters must write what? Do they have to eat a spider too?

I noticed that even this self pity thread didn't manage to avoid the standard commie conspiracy theory... You are consistant anyway...

So what about it Jedi. Are you a one trick pony like Franko or is commie/feminist conspiracy theories not the only thing you can participate in?

Why not just join a commie/feminist conspiracy theory forum...You could get your daily requirement of commie conspiracy theory posts elsewhere and participate here as a complete personality rather than a reposting bot for worldnetdaily. I know that the "commie" conspiracy sites also blame "the Jews" for a lot of things too. I know your views on anti-semitism so this is probably why you don't want to participate in such sites.

So How about it JK......Is limiting your repetitious threads too much to ask. I don't want to supress anyones views but does the same thing have to be stated over and over and over again?? Try not to sulk too much or get an unpopularity complex. Its only because I like you so much that I care. ;)

1) Mike Price, the Crimson Tide Coach was fired because he had a "pizza party"--that is radical leftism run amok.

2) An 18 year old female pedophile got pregnant by a 13 year old boy she raped, and not only did she not get arrested for it, but the "child" was ordered by a court to pay child support for the baby. --radical leftism run amok.

3) Feminist Product Abolishment -- That was just a humorous thread to break the tension.

4) The Leftist media lynching of Scott Petersen -- a purely skeptical thread started by me to talk about the leftist media's lynching of Scott Petersen.

5) A man faces jail for killing a rattlesnake -- radical leftist environmentalism run amok. No animals should ever have more rights then humans, ever. (nutcase leftism, clinical-type)

6) New Communist textbooks arrive in California schools -- yet another Jedi genius thread, a topic that days later made Michael Savage's TV show. He complained about the same things I did too. He complained about communists in California burning books with "The Founding Fathers" in them. (radical leftism run amok).

So in your mind I am talking about the same issues, but they are entirely different issues. They have the same cancerous causes behind them, but that is the important part.

I should have my own TV show to talk about these issues, but I know the leftist media would never let Jedi have his own show.

But face it, have some guts and just paste the "Throw Jedi off The Island" because you know you want to. You know you just want to come to this forum and hear everything that people tell you that you want to hear. You want to hear how cool leftism is and how killing religion is cool--that is what you and the others want.

So don't hide and lie about your feelings. I am not looking for sympathy. I really want you leftist morons to vote me off. Do it. Pick your leftist ass up and throw me off the forum and then go back to the cesspool of leftist thought that existed here before I arrived.

JK

lol....can't see the commonality??? Hint: you typed it at the end of every thread summary.

If you think you can support a case that a communist/feminist conspiracy is responsible for all the worlds problems then bring it on, show us what you've got...... But you are not interested in that, you are interested in telling us all what your opinions are. We already know what your opinions are....what I would like to see is you move on to providing some evidence that these opinions are valid.... So if there is a conspiracy of commies behind something tell us about them....who are they, where do they meet, how do they communicate...Instead we just get told that they exist, over and over and over again.... I could prove santa existed if endlessly claiming it is true is all that it took.

Now I can see by your "morons" bit that this is pushing your buttons. You will probably invent yet another conspiracy theory to account for why people on this forum don't take you seriously.....Thats up to you Jedi. Continue this endless laughable spam and it will only reinforce peoples opinions on you and conspiracy theorists in general.

As for your "100 posters" bit...what a joke.... If 100 posters will write "do it fool" in this thread I will fly to America and run 10 laps of the white house naked......

Anyway, you left once before. When it used to be a conspiracy of Atheists that was responsible for everything...what happened to the atheist conspiracy, have the commies taken over? anyway...that little storm out lasted less than 2 hours.....what would be different this time?

I am merely talking about facts. You are not accustomed to reading about facts.

JK
They exist as news Items on whatever site you got them from. You add the leftist conspiracy theory to them when you repost them here. You provide no support for your claim that there is a conspiracy of "leftists" involved, just more repetition of the same old claim.

Lets take one example, any example you like and see if you can actually establish a "commie conspiracy". Interested? I think you are probably not because it is just so much easier to repeat something over and over than it is to find evidence to support it....

Ok. JK show us that your "commie conspiracy" is any different to alien abduction, chemtrails or any of those other conspiracy theories that there is no evidence to support. For example...tell us about the commie conspiracy that edits stuff out of school textbooks. Can you name one member? can you tell us where they meet? how often? how to they communicate? how are they funded? How do I contact this group If I want to join the conspiracy?
The Devil is in the Detail Jedi. When you pull it appart it becomes obvious how silly this spam is....you have become so used to spouting this stuff that you believe you are above the requirement to provide any evidence for it.

Funny you should say the feminist/phone conspiracy thread was a joke. how are we to pick the difference between that thread and all your others. Maybe you should clearly label the joke ones in future?

Don't go, Jedi. Your posts are loved by all of us. Can't you feel the love? :D

I voted immunity, although you might consider slowing your thread-creation rate, if only to give others a chance to get a thread in edgewise. Your threads will naturally float to the top, anyway.

Hey, JK--if the chick in your second example had gotten an abortion, then the 13-year-old wouldn't have to pay child support. Just a thought. ;)

I also think that the Mike Price firing had much more to do with Alabama football coaches being considered by rabid Tide fans to have a seat at the Right Hand of The Almighty than any matriarchal leftist conspiracies.

And for those of you foaming at the mouth about JK--if you consider him a troll, don't read or respond to his posts. How hard is that? He and I have butted heads on occasion, but overall I find his posts entertaining, if a tad misinformed. Besides, he's a bit of a flirt, and I like that in a man. :D

So my answer is:

No, Jedi! You Have Won The Immunity Challenge!

Not only is this your second attempt to try to rig a poll to make it look as if you are loved here, your math is as bad as always, Jedi. Show me any poll on these boards with a hundred votes in it. You not only want a hundred votes, you want them to be all for one option. I used to work on the NSC staff at the White House, and worked with the Secret Service on presidential advance. I urge you to rethink your running route. The moment you strip off your clothes, you will be spotted. Now granted, you can count on 10-15 minutes of 'head start' time, because all the agents will be laughing and pointing. But after that, well, frankly, most will still be laughing.

OK, I admit it, you could run your laps without interference because they would all be laughing. But think of the children! What would all those little kids on their school trips say? They would point and ask their teachers very tough questions like: "why is that Bigfoot running around?" and "mommie, mommie, why is that naked man clutching his chest?":p

Very funny thread. the idiot, Jedi, desperate to be hated finds people won't vote him off so lowers and lowers again the 'out' mark even then he gets it wrong and counts the votes in the poll ignoring his own small print. So far I make it one legitimate vote.

Hmm I have alot of sympathy for Florida vote counters now :D

Troll - I am outraged at your attempt to hijack this thread - as anyone can see from the topic - this is all about helping the Fool attain a life long ambition  My other theory is you've posted on the wrong thread by accident a_u_p hasn't posted on this thread at all, although we're waiting for his vote with bated breath (and yours) ;)

Now the Fool said:

If 100 posters will write "do it fool" in this thread I will fly to America and run 10 laps of the white house naked......

Thus if you have written "don't do it fool" then I see of course that you really want him to do it but want to appear kind or concerned of Milton Keynes. Thus I feel vindicated in counting your vote - please, no thanks necessary :p

However Fool did specify posters - which implies the person posting so sock puppets will not count - unless I don't know them of course

Also the specified words are "do it Fool" I'm willing to count The Fool but that's as flexible as I get )sorry Dancing David - but please do vote again:)

To any and all posters of this board,

Re: Alleged Undertakings of Mr. T. Fool

I address you on the behalf of Mr. T. Fool who has retained my services in the above captioned matter in relation to a certain statement made by him on April 5, 2003 (hereinafter the “Fool Statement”).

As you well know, the Fool Statement was made in response to a certain statement by a Mr. J. Knight (hereinafter the “Knight Statement”) on even date as the Fool Statement. It was as such point in time clear for the parties concerned, as well as for any and all posters of this board, that it was a critical condition precedent and prerequisite for the Fool Statement that the Knight Statement did not contain or would not contain any untrue statement or did not omit or would not omit any fact, the omission of which would make the Knight Statement misleading in any way whatsoever. However, shortly after having asserted the Knight Statement, Mr. Knight proceeded, on numerous occasions, to alter the conditions for his own departure from this board as pledged pursuant to the Knight Statement.

Such actions taken by Mr. Knight were obviously made willfully and with malicious intent towards my client, as is clearly evidenced by the circumstance that Mr. Knight has recently chosen to edit all of his posts in this thread in order to deny my client access to any evidence of Mr. Knight’s breach of his representations pursuant to the Knight Statement. As a consequence, the undertaking of my client pursuant to the Fool Statement, if any, has been rendered null and void.

Moreover, in order for any undertaking of any kind to have arisen on the behalf of my client, the law applicable to the establishment of any such undertaking must have been unequivocally determined. You are kindly reminded that the burden of proof as to the applicable law rests with the party claiming that an undertaking has arisen. As any and all actions on the behalf of my client have taken place on an Internet forum, which must be regarded as International Water, my client is of the opinion that there is no law applicable which may have caused any obligation of my client to arise.

In the light of the above, you are hereby requested to immediately cease and desist any and all attempts to induce, solicit or knowingly encourage, directly or indirectly, or take any other action to facilitate or agree to or endorse my client to take any action related to any and all running, racing or similar physical activity (including, but not limited to, jogging, speed walking or pole walking) with or without any garments, costumes or articles of clothing, in, around or in the vicinity of any Government or public building, in the United States of America or otherwise.

For the avoidance of doubt, Mr. T. Fool will refuse to comply with any such demands should you fail to observe the above. Further, be advised that any and all support of the position hitherto expressed by the majority of posters in this thread in relation to the Fool Statement will force my client to consider taking any and all legal actions deemed appropriate.

Sincerely yours,
CWL, Esq.

Dear Sue,

I refer to my Cease and Desist Letter of even date, the conclusion of which is that any and all votes cast are null and void as there exists no undertaking of any kind on the behalf of my client under the Fool Statement, or otherwise. You have under all circumstances failed to demonstrate that such undertakings have arisen in the absence of any applicable law under which any obligations could arise.

Moreover, you are kindly advised that any questioning of my integrety or ability to represent my client in this matter will only further impair your own position.

I remind you that my client is prepared to resort to legal action should you persevere in your attempts to induce him to take any action in relation to the Fool Statment.

Sincerely yours,

I hope you all take this matter seriously. I was hoping that reason would prevail and I would not need to resort to legal representation. But, the die is cast.

I have instructed CWL to apply for the extradition of Soubrette to Sweden where she can be brought before a court where CWL has accreditation. I am bringing a civil action alleging.

Contingency fees have come under attack lately on the theory that they encourage lawyers to file lawsuits that may not have any merit.

Jumping ahead now...

In a personal bankruptcy, the fee allowed will be a flat fee because the judge and attorney will already know how much time is involved and therefore the amount of fee that is likely to be approved. However, the attorney can apply for a larger fee based on unusual circumstances.

Do not attempt such shenanigans as trying to get us to accept your interpretation.

Dear Mr. Tesserat,

As I interpret your above statement, you are now asserting that the Fool Statement in some way constitutes some form of agreement.

Firstly, I would like to remind you that, before you contend that any agreement has arisen, you must conclusively demonstrate according to which particular applicable law any understanding could arise, the circumstances under which the Fool Statment was made duly considered. I refer once again to my Cease and Desist Letter of yesterday's date.

Further, in order for any binding agreement to arise, the parties to such agreement must be clearly identified. I assume that you contend that my client is one of the parties, but you have yet to identify his counter party or parties and to conclusively demonstrate that such party or parties are entitled to rely upon any obligation of my client pursuant to the Fool Statement.

Moreover, according to many of the major legal systems of the world (especially those of Anglo-Saxon origin) a fundamental condition for any kind of contract, agreement, or understanding is that good and valuable consideration is paid in exchange for any contractual obligation of the counter party. No such consideration has been offered my client and therefore no agreement may have arisen under any circumstances. To the extent the Fool Statement could be in any way interpreted as an offer to enter into an agreement, such offer is hereby irrevocably withdrawn.

Further, in reference to my ongoing investigations regarding remedies available to my client under human rights law I have concluded that any enforcement of the Fool Statement would constitute yet another breach of his human rights and fundamental freedoms. Coerced physical activities (in particular without the payment of any compensation), with or without clothing, is to be regarded as servitude and prohibited as such inter alia by Article 4 of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 4 of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and Amendment XIII of the Constitution of the United States of America. It is clear that the physical activities as advocated by certain posters on this board fall within the ambit of such provisions. Reference is made mutatis mutandis to the statements of the European Court of Human Rights in its Judgment in Van der Mussele v. Belgium. Drawing on Article 2 of the International Labour Convention No. 29, said Court has established that such prohibition is applicable to any and all "work or service which is exacted from any person under the menace of any penalty and for which the said person has not offered himself voluntarily".

In the light of the above you are hereby again ordered to immediately cease and desist any and all solicitation in relation to the Fool Statement. Legal actions will be taken without any further communication, starting with the extradition of Ms. Soubrette (and any of her female accessories deemed to be of the appropriate voluptuous proportions and dissolute nature).

Respectfully,

It is common knowledge that a unilateral offer cannot be revoked once the offeree has started to perform on said contract.

Thus acceptance and consideration in this instance is 100 posters posting "do it fool" to this thread.

Dear Ms. Soubrette,

I note initially that you have chosen to attempt a rebuttal of only one of the multitude of arguments presented on the behalf of my client. I take this as a confirmation that you are unable refute such other argument and that it is thus understood that there are no undertakings on the behalf of my client in relation to the Fool Statement. Any undertaking is of course null and void ex tunc due to the flagrant breach of the representations, warranties and covenants of Mr. J Knight in relation to the fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability of the Knight Statement on which my client relied when making the Fool Statement.

Notwithstanding, as to your assertion regarding consideration I would like to remark that it is obvious that any number of intangible electronical messages cannot be considered to constitute any form of consideration under any jurisidiction.

My client sees no reason to alter his position.

As for your "100 posters" bit...what a joke.... If 100 posters will write "do it fool" in this thread I will fly to America and run 10 laps of the white house naked.....

The "your" in this statement quite clearly refer to the originator of the thread we are now posting in, M. Jedi Knight. He left the boards, only to come back to support the Marathon of Love. His desire to keep this thread pure in it's purpose is in evidence in the way that he's deleted any of his original posts, and replaced them with "Do it Fool" (the anthem of this crusade).

Some may claim that this is evidence just of his generally weasliness, and there is much merit to that theory, but we must go by what is written. Like your client is trying to avoid.

Your client also refers to "100 posters" - a reference to the people participating at these boards.

You voted for the Fool's Laps of Indignity once, come back to the dark side. It's warm and comfy.

Nice try. Public recognition is what The Fool lives for. His "good and valuable consideration" is seeing his name repeated over and over. And to see how the good members of this board flock to anything with his name on it. Sure, it's narcissitic,
but we are giving the coin that the Fool himself asked for.

I see that you're really on our side after all. "work or service which is exacted from any person under the menace of any penalty and for which the said person has not offered himself voluntarily"

Dear Mr. Tesserat,

I am indeed a Swedish national and a fully qualified member of the Swedish Bar. To which Bar are you admitted, if I may ask? Judging from your poor attempts at quibbling I sincerely doubt that they would even let you in at the local pub.

It would appear that you argue that a contract has arisen between my client and Mr. Knight. I kindly remind you that such contentions have already been extensively addressed. Mr. Knights flagrant breaches of the conditions of the Knight Statement has clearly rendered such contract, if any, null and void ex tunc.

Your client also refers to "100 posters" - a reference to the people participating at these boards.

That deserves no comment except that it is noted that you agree that any contractula obligation - the existence of which is not, for the avoidance of doubt, in no way admitted, are under all circumstances subject to 100 posters having written what you refer to as "the anthem" in this thread. I kindly remind you that such a condition has under all circumstances not been met with.

You voted for the Fool's Laps of Indignity once, come back to the dark side. It's warm and comfy.
Next you will claim that you're my father and that we shall rule the Galaxy as father and son. Hmmm... tempting but I'll have to pass. Those pesky codes of conduct regarding conflict of interest again you know.

Nice try. Public recognition is what The Fool lives for. His "good and valuable consideration" is seeing his name repeated over and over. And to see how the good members of this board flock to anything with his name on it. Sure, it's narcissitic,

By your own admission, my client's narcissism is clearly of a pathological nature. My client hereby pleads insanity.

The Fool offered the contract with no prompting or threats from other members of the board. That renders all the rest of the fancy lawyer stuff preceding it invalid. And you had to type it all in. Loser.
There exists no contract. Only a person of the Communist persuasion would attempt to invent some sort of contract as a subterfuge for sending red blooded Capitalists, like good Mr. Fool, to labor camps. I Sir, conclude that you are indeed a Communist (and a bit of a Feminazi too, I think).

In order to prevent said extradition, I will chain myself to said person, and any other deemed to be of the appropriate voluptuous proportions and dissolute nature. Dear Messrs Fool and CWL,

Having read the above correspondence (hereinafter referred to as 'The Thread') it has come to my attention that you are trying to weasel out of contractual obligations by the simple expedient of claiming that no such obligations exist. I can assure you this is not the case.

Mr T. Fool clearly stated that, upon receiving 100 'votes' (in the form of the phrase 'Do it Fool') he would travel to the United States Of America (The 'USA') and, having disrobed to the point of full frontal nudity (The 'Full Monty') would then proceed to circumnavigate the White House (prop. G.W.Bush) no less or more than ten times.

Mr T. Fool is one party to the contract, the other party (being the party of the second party) can clearly be inferred to be the body of voters ('The Voters'), whose de facto spokeswoman is a Ms Soubrette (address unknown), there being no third party until the contract is fulfilled, whereaupon a beach party shall be convened at the earliest opportunity. All parties shall be party to this party.

The consideration offered by Mr T. Fool is indeed considerable, yet it is being equalled by the combined efforts of The Voters and in particular the efforts of Ms Soubrette, whose time and efforts are not without value ($50 an hour, $300 for the night). I put it to you that ample consideration is being put up by all parties and that Mr T. Fool knew full well that in issuing The Fool Statement he would cause The Voters to galvanise their efforts and spend their time pursuing the fulfillment of said statement. Should he wish to annul the contract The Voters should expect to be compensated for their collective time (est. value $2.3m).

Yours,

Underemployed

One slight correction: the White House is not the property of G.W. Bush. He is merely the current tenant.

Anyone who posts "Do it Fool" is clearly morally bankrupt and merely trying to make someone suffer for their own cheap entertainment.

Do it Fool.

I am indeed a Swedish national and a fully qualified member of the Swedish Bar. To which Bar are you admitted, if I may ask?

I admit nothing. I seeeee nuthink. (sorry, chanelling schulz)

Mr. J Knight is null, but not, unfortunately void, which invalidates your argument. Nice try, "Lawyer"

That deserves no comment except that it is noted that you agree that any contractula obligation - the existence of which is not, for the avoidance of doubt, in no way admitted, are under all circumstances subject to 100 posters having written what you refer to as "the anthem" in this thread. I kindly remind you that such a condition has under all circumstances not been met with.

...Yet... but the Fool is sweating.

Next you will claim that you're my father and that we shall rule the Galaxy as father and son. Hmmm... tempting but I'll have to pass. Those pesky codes of conduct regarding conflict of interest again you know.

Well, your part would be better described as "lackey", but yeh. that's the general idea. Abandon the Fool, and it's hot tub party time at your place.

By your own admission, my client's narcissism is clearly of a pathological nature. My client hereby pleads insanity.

Yes, your client is pathetic, but as his council, that pretty cruel of you to say so. And his insanity cannot be denied, but it's a pre-existing condition, and therefore not evident. Nice try, "Lawyer"

There exists no contract. Only a person of the Communist persuasion would attempt to invent some sort of contract as a subterfuge for sending red blooded Capitalists, like good Mr. Fool, to labor camps. I Sir, conclude that you are indeed a Communist

Hey, I'm Canadian. We have socialized medicine. gimme a break.

No matter what the count is, my client demands a recount and requests that the matter of the number of votes cast is finally settled by the Supreme Court of Sweden. (With which I of course have "excellent connections". Seems like this one's in
the bag, Fool.)

Recount? Sure, no problem. one recount coming up. Hey, Renata, when you get a chance, CWL wants a recount.

p.s. please thank your client for his generous offer of flying the Hundred over to sweden for a hot party during his run. If it's still going on when he gets out of confinement, he's invited.

Obviously If The Head of my legal team has used the word "pathetic" He used it in its pure sence, meaning "demonstrating the properties of pathos" now pathos is defined as

"A quality that arouses feelings of pity, sympathy, tenderness, or sorrow."

In this, I fully agree. I should be the object of pity, sympathy, tenderness and sorrow for the evil marxist hate campagn that has been initiated by certain communist posters.... My pleas to Hal for protection against this evil onslaught have been fruitless. Hal has chosen to turn a blind eye to this vendetta, the man may be a communist too....

Recount? Sure, no problem. one recount coming up. Hey, Renata, when you get a chance, CWL wants a recount.

You will remember, and I will remind you...I said "If 100 posters" NOT "when". Take all the time you like....Even the Evil Soubrettes powers of mind control cannot possibly take over any more weak-minded posters, I am amazed that the current number has been reached, It just goes to show the extent of her despetation. Just look at this alleged list of 65 voters....It looks like a rollcall at Gitmo, A sorrier bunch of malcontents I would not wish to meet.

p.s. please thank your client for his generous offer of flying the Hundred over to sweden for a hot party during his run. If it's still going on when he gets out of confinement, he's invited.

No...STOP!!!! This is yet another Marxist lie. Our only statement was about extraditing Sou...We don't want a planeload of Internet nerds tagging along for the ride......

Dear Mr. Tesserat,

In the light of the brilliant rebuttal made by my client to the latest pathetic attempts at shystering made by yourself and your gathering of human rights criminals, I have but one remark to the above (although I am tempted to pontificate regarding the difference between "pathetic" and "pathological" which difference obviously, but not surprisingly, has eluded you).

Your affiliation with the world-wide Totalitarian Matriarchal Communist Conspiracy is indeed obvious given your Canadian origin. You see, both myself and my client have for quite some time been on to your evil plans of Canadian world domination. I offer you this piece of indisputable evidence: www.standonguard.com (http://www.standonguard.com/)

Now give it up or you will all get your just desserts before the Hague Tribunal.

Respecfully,
CWL, Esq

The actual count is 71, no multiple votes allowed.

Your rewards if you vote:

Watching The Fool run around the White House naked

Getting flown to Sweden at The Fool's expense for a hot tub party at CWL's place.

only 29 more to go.

I cannot believe you bumped this thread....... As my legal team has been dismissed long ago I claim it would be against natural justice to persue this matter. Justice delayed is justice denied.:D

I think you do need a lawyer. If you'd checked, you'd see that it was Slimshady that bumped the thread. I'm going along with popular demand, and a desire to be shackled to Renata and shipped to Sweden.

And justice was not delayed, it was merely taking a breather.
