As a consequence, the undertaking of my client pursuant to the Fool Statement, if any, has been rendered null and void.

Moreover, in order for any undertaking of any kind to have arisen on the behalf of my client, the law applicable to the establishment of any such undertaking must have been unequivocally determined. You are kindly reminded that the burden of proof as to the applicable law rests with the party claiming that an undertaking has arisen. I think you do need a lawyer. If you'd checked, you'd see that it was Slimshady that bumped the thread. I'm going along with popular demand, and a desire to be shackled to Renata and shipped to Sweden.
