Deadline for application is tomorrow, gang. But then again, if you had a chance to win this thing, you must have known that!

Sorry, not allowed to post a link, as my previous profile was lost in the Bermuda Triangle and this one is too fresh. Go to the Sci-Fi site and look for "The Gift".

I would try out, but I know I won't make it.

But if I know I won't make it, doesn't that make me....

Nevermind.

I was married by a psychic, though. I bet there are few on this forum who can say that.

PART II: EXERCISE

Using your psychic abilities, study the person in the photograph and write as many details about her as possible: What does she do for a living? What is her marital status? Does she have children? Where does she live? What car does she drive? What color is the car? Does she have a pet? What is its name? What is her favorite color? What is her mother's name? What is her father's name? Does she have brothers or sisters? What are her hobbies? What are some of her accomplishments? Is there anything unusual about this woman?

We were married by a person who also played a Rolemaster (tm) Cleric. :p

Oh, wow…It seems as if they’re running out of ideas for reality shows though I suppose that the first indication of this was the creation of the show in which two participants “traded races” (the name escapes me though there have been a large amount of commercials for it).

Pyschic bootcamp???? Maybe it includes.....

1/ Lessons in cold reading
2/ The pyschology of grief and how to use it against the mark
3/ The uses of illusion and misdirection
4/ Annoying questions and how to avoid/divert them, including specific answers for the JREF $1 Million dollar challenge

Any other ideas as to what this boot camp could entail?

With any luck, it includes life-fire war games exercises.

Elimination by russian roulette, being pyschic you would know when not to pull the trigger and if you aren't psychic you are eliminated :D

Hmmm, the psychic would be able to predict whether the marriage wouldn't last...very handy.

Sometimes typos make a post better. I am envisioning columns of psychics shooting “life-fire” from their fingertips, engulfing each other in ectoplasmic flames. The last one standing is the winner. I would actually watch that.

Would it be unfair to make sure ALL the chambers were loaded before they start?
