Actually, Thank Goodness It's Friday is a semi-respectable alternative expansion of the acronym. But yes yes, Shoe made an almost funny joke about atheism, so woo.

I always thank Guinness it's Friday, not that I believe Guinness makes it Friday, but because Guinness makes Friday worth being thankful for.
