In Nottingham, under the old, draconian licensing regulations, time used to be called at 22:30, but in the county time was called at 23:00. This led to a mass of drunk drivers hairing out of the city to catch last orders (and unwary pedestrians) in the villages and hamlets of our fair shire.

Time is pretty much at the discretion of the landlord now, so I'd guess anywhere between 23:00 and 02:00, with a bit of drinking-up time.

The only notable thing I can think of about 2063 is that it's the next time Halley's Comet will be back.

But to associate the arrival of a comet with the end of days is so four years ago.

Since this is "religion and philosophy",I´m a bit confused to find out that no links to theological arguments for the end of time (which should have happened a time or two I think) have not been discussed.
