I've seen the term "Evolutionist" used by Creationists on numerous occasions, but I do not know what it means. What is an Evolutionist? Has Don King been writing his own theory of evolution?

It's a pathetic attempt to simultaneously ascribe philsophic status to evolution and besmirtch it with the taint of communism (see here, it's got one 'o dem 'izms attached to it...) on the part of creationists.
Ditto with Darwinist when used by that crowd.
The proper term is "scientist" if they work in the field of evolution, or "person who's comfortable with the reality of the origins of species" if you're referring to laymen. ;)

Communist?
I thought it was like the term scientism, trying to reduce science to the same status as a religion.
Calling evolution evolutionism infers that evolution is just one way to think on the same level as creationism.
at least that was my interpretation

I do have no need to make up a single word saying that creationists like (at times at least) refer to evolutionary thought as "evolutionism" or whatever goes,in order to make it sound like a religion or even claim it is one (I do not know if we should start calling liberal christians theist evolutionists?)
Of course evolutionism can also be linked to atheism, and consequences this is supposed to cause.
In a narrow context,it is understandable to use the term "evolutionist" as the idea of "the origin of species" so to speak.
"Calling evolution evolutionism infers that evolution is just one way to think on the same level as creationism."
Not to forget about the term of "bad" science that evolution is to be linked with.
This, can also be used as an attempt to make it look like it serves some other purpose.
Besides it´s horrible misinterpretation, namely social darwinism,I can not easily consider "darwinism" a philosophy either.More like a way to describe evolutionary thought in levels (-neo,"orthodox","unorthodox") evolutionary ideology/"scientism" itself does not demand orthodox darwinism imo (come to think of it,it might be less sufficient)
Of course evo.biology can extend further as evolutionary psychology displays but that is another issue.
As we can come to know, scientific disciple does not require buying a certain faith (it was never ever considered a requirement) however,if I´d had to connect it to something then may it be naturalism,a philosophy of importance for science which I myself entertain.

Then I would suppose there is really no such thing as an Evolutionist.

Depends. Would you call someone who believes that the Earth revolves around the sun a Copernican in this day and age?

What is Evolutionism?
It's the religion of scientists who laugh at God.

More of a Keplerist, really... but seriously, no.

Terms like this evolve over time.
In evolutionary biology, one of the standard conventions is that everybody gets to invent new names for people whose ideas they disagree with, like 'gradualist', 'ultra-darwinist', and 'punctuationist'.

In keeping with the woo-woo distinction between sceptic and skeptic, I think we need evolutionist and evolusionist.
