Does anyone else here feel kinda bad for dylan avery?

what i mean is, if anyone here has ever heard of Fred A. Leuchter jr. you know what i mean.

Theres a fantastic documentary on fred called "Mr. Death: the rise and fall of Fred A. Leuchter jr." its by errol morris one of the greatest documentary filmmakers ever. i see many many parallels between Fred and Dylan.

The Documentary is actually up on google video.
here's the link, which i had to break up so i could post it since i dont have 15 posts yet.

video.google.com/videoplay?docid=654178281151939378&q=documentary+duration%3Along&pl=true

i would highly recommend anyone whos interested in conspiracy theories to watch this, it goes into the mind of a man who was tricked into believing the holocaust is a hoax, and how through his "research" it not only showed his ignorance but left him destitute. it also shows how his faulty research actually made noted scientists and professors believe him. it's an amazing documentary and i think it has alot of relevance when talking about loose change even though its different topics. its about an hour and half long and you will scream at your screen at times, but its phenomenal. i knew my degree in documentary film would pay off at some point :)

No, but I predict he's going to feel sorry for himself soon.

(btw, we're starting to dominate the forum with Loose Change stuff...should try to restrict posts to the existing big thread unless it's big news?)

Thanks for that O&A link, Ramooone!

Well, I've got "Mr. Death" on video. I agree that it's a fascinating study of a guy who can't seem to separate fact and fiction, but I can't say that I feel all that sorry for him. Like the loosers, it seems he's in it (at least partly) for the attention. And a poor brand of attention it is. He lost his wife and whatever friends he had over his obsession.

its not feel bad actually, more like a feel sorry for. something about people getting thrown into a situation they can't handle while trying be an expert at the same time.
