Looks like Randi has found YouTube. Way cool. I'll have to check out that Cyril link tonight at home.

For me, the interesting article was on the insurance.

It looked like the insurance company was saying something like, "regardless of science, our cost-benefit analysis showed that our customers would be willing to offset the increased costs of woo-woo in their premiums. Cha-ching!"

That's good marketing! Make money off the woos! Wait...

On the Edwards evaluation, I actually give Edwards a score of 0 out 23 guesses. Because the 3 guesses that were right, were given before he picked the person to read. Presumably he could have just scanned the audience, zeroed in on somebody nodding their head, and went from there.

Now, I suppose you could argue he got the "deceased" part right, but who would have been nodding their heads about an older and younger man who was still alive? Nobody, that's who. Every person in existance matches that in umpteen ways.

ETA: rereading the article, Randi does state that somebody might have indicated this by a gesture. I guess he was just being charitable in marking it as a "hit".
