What would the motives of the disciples of Jesus ( if they exsisted, at all ) be to say that Jesus had " risen " from the dead?
Is there any accounts about Apollonuis of Tyana that are told fom the first century?

Self-evidently, they can keep the business going.
Which describes either position, whether they believed, or were scammers.

It's El Rod Hubard or El Ron Hubard or L. Rod Hubard or ENRON Hubard...
Anyway, to continue with the original post.
They were all fooled, and the leader of the scam was Mary. She had an affair and got pregnant prior to her marriage to Joe. She convinced him it was immaculate and he being the average Joe that he was (pun?) believed her. She then gave birth to identical twins, though she kept the second a secret from Joe and Jesus. Jesus was raised thinking he was the messiah and upon his death, his twin stole the body and claimed to be Jesus risen from the dead. This explains why no one recognized him right away. Also this is what the Da Vinci Code is trying to tell us.
