A blogger I read regularly recently posted about this, and it's making me nuts that I can't find that entry to refer to. He called it "Brown's Gas (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brown%27s_gas)." It is a common product of electrolysis that, when burned, converts back to water. However, regardless of the amazing claims made about it, it generally takes more energy to create it than it gives back during combustion.
