I saw this episode of "Billy and Mandi" on Cartoon network and I noticed an episode where a viking is transported to the future.

Basically he was speaking some foreign language which I did not recgonize. I wanted to know if it was gibberish or a real language.

It sounded alot like Swedish.

Has anyone seen this episode? Can someone tell me what the language actually was?

I'm very curious.

Some of the words sounded like "Kissmaerda" or something like that.

That's one of my favorite "Billy and Mandy" episodes. Can't tell whether that was actually Swedish or gibberish myself. For all I know, it could have been random, absurd lines pulled from a Swedish/English phrase book. (It would be that show style to do just that.)

I know Old norse was commonly spoken among vikings..And that's very similar to modern icelandic. But it sounded nothing like what i've heard of icelandic.

Wikipeida noted that: The "Vikings" are supposed to be Norse. But at the entrance of the root beer fountain, the sign says: Poortbewaarder, which is Dutch for "Gate Guard".
Maybe they're speaking gibberish-Dutch?
