Prosecutor Maggie Hughes said sunbathing nude "could be grossly offensive to normal decent persons in society".
Normal decent people who get out their camcorder and then call the police. Rather than, say, minding their own business, or perhaps shouting "would you mind putting some clothes on, please?" over the fence.
