I loved Mr Randi's barbed comments about Geller's adopted UK football team going down, but why the pic of Geller holding an oval ball and running with it? Wrong type of football, Sir - the English version is the game where you use your feet, hence FOOTball...

Dear Ian Osborne,
Gee, perhaps his biases got in the way... Nah, that could never happen. :D
Let's talk about Geller YET AGAIN like in the majority of the commentaries. Boring! And that was in the 80's!
Sincerely,
S. H.

Since we're being picky, Mr. Osborne, your sig quote is incorrectly attributed. US President George W. Bush's father is George Herbert Walker Bush. He is not "George Bush Sr." :p
Dear Mr. Redman,
Because we are being picky, you typed "sig", when the actual word is "signature".
;) ;) ;)
Sincerely,
S. H.

"sig" is the accepted abbreviation. George Bush Sr. is not.
(At least, that's my story . . .)

Anyone remeber the last Euro qualifiers when above hampden Uri said he hovered in a helicopter and willed the english team to win? I live next to Hampden and I remember no such helicopter. (oh england did win, the lucky gits). Then he went to the game at some place in england called Wem-ber-lee and did the same, but for Scotland to win (The all powerful scots were triumphant).
All well and good, but despite his support we (Scotland), failed to make it to the finals, therefore, I say Scotland would have won at Hampden if Uri was not there, and as such qualified for the finals. I so declare him an enemy of the Tartan Army.
Has he ever come back up to do his hyped psychic finding of the site of the Battle of Falkirk Muir, last time the weather would not let his helicopter take off (great fortelling there uri)

Geller is such a king sized moron it's hard not to talk about him. Some of us appreciate Randi's continued analysis of one of the world's most fraudulent twits.
Sorry you don't concur.
