Intersting reading from what is claimed to be a page of e-mails the notorious professor Jones has recieved. Not only is it claimed that two real live STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS are endorsing his nonsense, but it also comes close to naming the MIB's that professor Jones claims alternately threatened him and then attempted to offer bribes to him.

Of course what I find most amusing is the first (imaginary?) engineers acknowledgement that the vast majority of his colleagues are against the CD theory and the fact that neither of them are named nor actual credentials listed.

This is old stuff, read closer, there is one who claims to be a structural engineer, the other is labeled as one, but in the note, they say they are a civil engineer.

A Structural Engineer is a Civil Engineer, generally. That is how the qualifications are listed in the NSPE (National Society of Professional Engineers) propoganda, and that is who is qualified to take the test in that particular specialty.
I generally use the term "Structural Engineer" Differently, as do most Mechanical Engineers--Structure is what supports the systems and cosmetics--the backbone, as it were, of any system--and structural engineers are involved with the design of that.
In CE terms, a structual Engineer is involved with the design of buildings, which are not supposed to move.:D

I know our Structural Engineer here at work said it's all bull-flop, and we do steel construction so he's doing wind load stress calculations and poring over the fire resistance of any particular steel beam and what not all day every day.

He laughed at loose change.

I am not following what your link is showing. Is it showing blog replies to the paper by Jones? I do not see any names or credentials. It does not seem well formatted.

No names, no particulars--just empty, unsupported claims.

Exactly.

So if you know any structural engineers willing to throw away thier careers for 15 minutes of fame among a band of unkempt societal outcasts, just tell them to apply to the Loose Change forums. They STILL have plenty of openings.
