He was targeted by the MIB. They shut down a series he had in produciton.
They drive a black ford with a cloaking device and ....
Britney Spears may be involved.
I am not joking.

He said this? Wow. I was going to post "he's no Anne Heche"... but he may actually give her a run for her money after all.
What's his new movie?

According to one blog's review, Aykroyd claims:
“On the day my show was cancelled, I was on the phone with Britney Spears and a black Ford sedan was following me. Eventually it stopped, and a man wearing all black got out. I turned away for one second, and when I looked back, it had VANISHED! It didn’t drive away, it VANISHED. Cars can’t drive away that fast. This vehicle didn’t drive away- it disappeared. This was a secret “cloaked vehicle”.
I believe this was intended as a “warning” to me, because I was getting too close.
I don't know anything about this blogger, but he gives a skeptical run down of the show, pointing out some of the glaring mistakes.

I wonder if Aykroyd is getting legitamately crazy, or if this is a desperate effort to revive his career.

The reason his show was cancelled could of course not be that it sucked.

Cheap publicity woo for waning careers...
I'm sure I saw a T.V. ad for a new wooish show starring Dan...but it may have just vanished...

Oh, come on.
If you were on the phone with Britney, wouldn't you also lose track of time?

I can't say this is much of a surprise. It was 6 years ago or so that I bought the Ghostbusters special edition DVD, and saw in one of the special features an interview with Dan Aykroyd in which he told about when his kid asked him if ghosts were real, and he said something like "Well, I couldn't lie to him -- I told him yes, they're real!" And I said to myself "WHAT??!" From that point on, I sort of expected to see him rubbing crystals in his hands whenever he spoke. So, ghosts and now aliens, eh Dan?

I forced myself to watch part of her Matt Lauer interview, and I definately felt myself getting dumber. Another 10 minutes of that, and I very well might start hallucinating like Aykroyd did.

Ah! Britney Spears is really an alien, sent down to Earth to dumb us down, so the Greys will have an easier time overtaking us!
....where is David Icke?

She isn't an alien...she's country. Aliens are probably smart enough to use car seats.

And Britney is only smart enough to use the back seat.....?

I cant tell if he is really serious from watching the movie. The interviewer seems more interested in hearing himself talk than questioning Dan. He often goes on 5+ minute long rants while Dan nods and makes some incredibly goofy faces.
It takes the interviewer 10 whole minutes to spit out the question "If you could meet anyone from history who would it be" and just as long to ask "If you could go back and alter history would you do it". He is bar none the worst interviewer I have ever seen. Its too bad he focuses the video on his own ramblings rather than giving Dan center stage.
Never once dose he ask the obvious things like "what is the best evidence for UFO's". Its like the interviewer is concentrating on trying to impress Dan with his rants rather than making a video.
They show the same few clips over and over and over and over. They show 3 or 4 Billy Meier pics dozens of times each. They never mention Meier or talk about him you just see the pics constantly flashed. There are so many pics and videos of UFOs I cant understand the lack of variety.
The bit about the MIB is toward the end and makes me wish the video featured more Dan. They needed a good interviewer and not a slobbering fanboy.
Overall it stinks. If you want a good documentary on the subject track this set down. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=7855573&type=product&id=1538445

All I can say is, he was definitely serious on the topic of ghosts in his previous interview, which he expounded upon, so I think it's pretty plausible he's serious in this other paranormal matter.

I'm sure he's serious about both ghosts and UFOs. That doesn't mean he's right.
