Pees on Earth (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/157687317X)A photographer and multimedia artist whose work has appeared in Vogue and Playgirl, Jong likes to pee in public places. At first glance, this book of photos documenting her urinary exploits seems like a one-trick pony, but Jong's humor, charm and sense of beauty cumulatively create a rich experience.Art? Not art?Balancing precariously between aesthetic exploration, hip party prank and self-indulgent performance art, this book is apt to annoy those who aren't enchanted by it.Like China (http://www.publishersweekly.com/article/CA6305997.html):The book, which is published by Rosen Editions, an imprint of the indie Powerhouse Books, ran into a hitch when it was shipped to the company's Chinese printer, Pimlico. According to publisher, Sara Rosen, blueprints for the book were seized by Chinese customs and the work was deemed too vulgar to be printed within the country. Pimlico was able to bump the job to its Hong Kong operation, since the island doesn't have the same embargo issues as mainland China.
