Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat stepped in to assert Tuesday that he _ not his prime minister _ is in charge of the Palestinian side in negotiations with Israel, throwing plans for an Israeli-Palestinian summit into confusion.




I wonder how many of our resident jew-haters will take this into account next time they criticize Sharon.

Arafat needs to shut up and go away if he cares anything for the Palestinians.
