Nope.
Do you mean Jacobites?
ETA Just Googled it. Refers to William, brother of Henry.
He was the "Stream of Consciousness"man, right. Wrote the book on psychology while bro William was writing "Daisy Miller"
Smart fellow.
What's the context of your question?

Funny, I was having a conversation in the pub last night about the Jacobite revolution, with a Scot. He got very animated. "We nearly had you too! [The Stuart English]" (turns to his friend from Devon) "....and we were supposed to get help from the West, which never turned up! [snort]".

I assume you refer to James, the brother of Jesus, who headed the church in Jerusalem. James and Paul did not see eye to eye.

But Ringo smoothed it all over now that we are the followers of the shoe. Death to all followers of the gourd.

But Ringo smoothed it all over now that we are the followers of the shoe. Death to all followers of the gourd. I think you'll find it was George who smoothed it all over by bankrolling the followers of the shoe and the gourd. (I hope I haven't imagined a LOB reference :D )
