Cruisers - Idea for Sunday (daytime)

We have a friend who lives in Ft. Lauderdale for the cold months and he made two suggestions.

Suggestion #2 was that we MUST go to Shooter's Waterfront Cafe for their Sunday brunch (10am - 2pm.) So we'll be doing that on Sunday morning if anyone's interested in joining us.

Sounds like a good idea, ride the taxi up to Shooters (maybe about 1100-1300 for brunch, we do have to get back and catch the Cruise, after all) and then back, grab our bags and get on board ship.

Well, I don't arrive until Sunday about 1:30PM, so have fun mumchup..

Susan and I will be flying in on Friday evening.

I've convinced Susan to go along with me and NOT book a hotel before we get there. We might get a better rate or get a room that would be full, if we book now..... but, I know there will be rooms to be had when we get there, and we'll grab whatever we like the best. We'll probably grab something close the airport on Friday night... and then find something awesome and close to the ship for Saturday night forward.

That Sunday brunch sounds fantastic... I've already set an Outlook appointment in my phone to remind me where to go on Sunday morning.

We left early on the 26th so I didn't catch your message in time. But we did go to Shooter's for the brunch buffet, as if we needed to go to an all-you-can-eat buffet 2 days before a cruise. It was very tasty though, and Steve got to have an entire plate of shrimp for "round 2". And we got to sit outside and watch the boat traffic go by as we ate.
