"I just hate her guts," he said. "... She put me in that state, where I don't know. I really wish I did now. But now I really do want to rape her and her ... mama."

Way to go Tyson, threaten a violent crime.

interesting...

the part about "and her ... mama" seem fabricated....since it wasnt in any of the other articles I read about this.

I think Tyson is profound since he is so insane.

I dont believe he raped that girl and I think that qoute is hilarious.

he can say whatever he wants, especially in the media.

Don King is far more disgusting than Tyson could ever be

here........

if you're having trouble being comical, read this, it may help...

"A ghastly addendum to the other day's story about hanging out with Shon and the dogs: His Boston Terrier Busta (pictured right), who is over two years old and has never been laid...and who DESPERATELY NEEDS TO GET LAID, at least judging by how he always tries to jam his pink slimy dogpecker up my pug's twat within two seconds of being in the same room with her...ejaculated on my couch. That's right—in the midst of an extended attempted-rape scene featuring Busta as the would-be rapist and Cookie as the would-be rapee, a few quick streams of a gel-like substance shot from Busta's pointy li'l schvanz, landing in splotches all over my couch. It wasn't piss. Shon concurred that Busta had probably experienced the sexual ecstasy of an orgasm. Luckily, it's a vinyl couch, so after commanding Shon to clean it up, things are mostly back to normal...although there are likely hundreds or thousands of dead microscopic Boston Terriers still encrusted on that cushion. "

Naah, I'm in too good a mood today to argue with you.

I'll just tell you that, your preconceptions aside, the "mama" line was in every report I heard.

Oh, but you wanted a laugh. How about this:

A stranger rode into town and tied his horse up at the local saloon. He went inside and saw it was deserted except for the bartender.

"Pour me a drink," he said. The bartender did so.

He looked around. "Where is everyone?"

"Oh, they're at the hanging. They're hanging Brown Paper Pete today."

"Brown Paper Pete?? How'd he get a name like that?"

"His clothes. Everything he wore was made of brown paper. His coat, his shirt, his pants, even his underwear."

"What are they hanging him for?"

"Rustlin'."

Ah, insanity equals profundity, so does shallow equate to sane?

Next time you serve on the jury, you can decide Tyson's guilt or innocense.

It is against the law to threaten a violent crime, just cause you say it in front of microphones does not make it legal. Although is there a 'clear and present danger' is a nother issue.

Did any of you see the interview on the Pulse. It really favored Tyson. Even some jurors thought that he didnt get a fiar trial and they may have thought different if they heard all the evidence. (Like the womens x-boyfriend who she accused of rape after her dad foudn out she wasnt a virgin)

Can you really blame Tyson for his statements. As far as he's concearned she purposly had him tossed in jail for years just so she could land a payday. Id say (maybe do) much worse if someone did that to me.

Those are decisions made by the judge and jury, do you think that Tyson could not afford decent lawyers or that they were incompetent. So he couldn't have used the same lawyers who got OJ off.
If she did make charges of rape in another case that would effect her credibilty as a witness, there must be a reason that it was quashed in discovery. Just like the past allegations of rape on Tyson's part would go through the discovery process.
Did she actually accuse the ex-boyfriend of rape or is that just an allegation? Were charges ever filed, a report ever made?

If he has a credible case then he can sue for wrongful prosecution.

<Can you really blame *her* for *her actions*. As far as *she's* concearned *he* purposly *forced her to have sex*just so *he* could *have sex*. Id say (maybe do) much worse if someone did that to me.> Shoe fits on both feet ,no?

i replied to david's fairly useless statements, but the post didnt post for some reason...

so Im going to sum up the idea with a neat game

maybe you'll get it, maybe not....

"I just hate her guts," he said. "... She put me in that state, where I don't know. I really wish I did now. But now I really do want to punch her"

"I just hate her guts," he said. "... She put me in that state, where I don't know. I really wish I did now. But now I really do want to throw a pie in her face "

"I just hate her guts," he said. "... She put me in that state, where I don't know. I really wish I did now. But now I really do want to put a hot poker in her nostril "

"I just hate her guts," he said. "... She put me in that state, where I don't know. I really wish I did now. But now I really do want to drag her to a high roof top and drop her off of it "

"I just hate her guts," he said. "... She put me in that state, where I don't know. I really wish I did now. But now I really do want to backhand her "

"I just hate her guts," he said. "... She put me in that state, where I don't know. I really wish I did now. But now I really do want to shoot her with a crossbow through the ankle"

A big part of the segment revolved around his ineffective counsel. Don King had his tax attorney defend him. Everyone said that was a mistake (even the prosecuter).

As for the ex-bo and some other witnessess were barred cause the judge ruled they were presented to late.

It was an interesting piece. I have to say Tyson did not help at trial, but id he have a fair trial? I dont know. Alan Dershuwitz said no! So it must be true.

Only you know for sure. At this point it's not a credible threat. As too what kind of thought that is...

Cool, just wanted to make sure I hadn't offended you.

I hadn't heard that Tyosn did not have credible defense, that is really too bad, can he appeal for a mistrial, was the guy grossly incompetent?

Tmy
30th May 2003, 11:19 AM
He appealed and lost.

There was other stuff that I never heard before. At one point pre "fornication" she went to the bathroom and thru out her blood stained panyliner, even though she didnt have a replacement

Soem attorneys thought that the defense didnt make enough of this. The argument being that she was preparing forsex with Tyson. Plus if she was as fearful as she said why not use the bathroom phone to call for help. Stuff like that.

Greta does a good interview. Mike doesnt mix words either. Babs Walters could never hang.

The problem with the prepared for sex thing is this,

If either party says 'no Iwant to stop" at any point they are entitled to do so. This is essential to modern notions of rape, hypotheticaly they may even start intercourse and if one party says 'stop' then it is supposed to stop at that point.

I am not aware of all the details about the case, just suprised that he would threaten to commit a premeditated act against her.
