View Full Version : Fidel Castro is Brazilian?

Apparently he was born in Brazil, but moved to Peru shortly after.

So in 1960 he sent Che Guevara to a small town in the northeast to destroy his birth records. The registrar's office was burned to the ground.

Now you ask - and the evidence? Oh. The office really burned in 1960. And there is a Castro family in the vicinity. And a guy who claims he knew his family.

Apparently, there is DNA evidence coming up. I imagine they'd have to have DNA of Fidel or a relative at least so they could compare it to his "lost" relatives in the middle of nowhere, Brazil.

I'll keep you informed!

While recent reports are that Castro's health is waning, in fact he was in the hospital for a thorough waxing.

Actually, he's from a small farm town in Iowa...somehow he had something to do with the Amana menonites.

It's an urban legend. Or, CIA propaganda.

Castro clearly was born in Denmark. (http://www.degulesider.dk/vbw/oplysningen/resultat.do;jsessionid=aTp5OUr-Ocn6?name=castro&zip=&city=&address=&regionID=&phone=&Image51.x=36&Image51.y=8)

Maybe he's a cajun guy born in Denmark, who grew up in Iowa, lived in Chicago, and enjoys waxings?

Elvis was a cajun.

(10 points for reference)

And most importantly, I'm not sure I want the honor of having Fidel Castro as a fellow countryman. :re:

I'm sure I saw a sign there for his old house when I was there.

I think I'm missing the significance of mr. Castro's birthplace.

If he was actually born in Kenya, then he is not qualified to be the revolutionary dictator of Cuber?

That issue could be easily resolved if he produced his birth certificate, surely?
Or throw dissidents in jail.
