so I saw his debunking show tonight on tv. First off, always good to see someone new enter the fray. But, he also did psychic surgery. Since Penn and Teller were on the show and Banacheck, I figure Randi was probably ok with somene else debunking the idiot, loser psychic surgeons.
But really he was no where as good at it as Randi is. Randi is such a master at it. I mean, when Randi does it, you have to force yourself to LOOK at it, as it is so REAL. Even though Randi is usually joking, it's just horrible to see. I really like the Carson version where he just did it with a volunteer, that makes even more of an impact, as you know in "real" psychic surgery, the patient isn't "in" on the illusion.
Anyway, good to see another debunking show. Really good to see Johnny Thompson, but Randi does the psychic surgery better.
