I got directed to the Wikipedia article today on Kevin Ryan (who I'm sure plenty of you have heard of with respect to the 9/11 conspiracy theories).

If you look through it you'll find that it completely lacks any skeptical input challenging his conclusions at the moment, and I'm sure that someone who's read much more about this subject than I would like to rectify this deficiency :)

I could swear an earlier version had a lot more info about his lack of qualifications and the idiocy of his comments.

The history I've looked at doesn't look as though it ever addressed his actual claims (about the softening point of steel issue), but did point out that the division of the company he worked for dealt with water testing and not structural engineering.
