so we might get together a little auction to benefit the scholarship fund to TAM. Crafts and artwork has always done well (well, we are talented). A lovely matted photograph (I've seen your work people!) is darn nice to auction off. (Framed is even better, or at least easily framed).

Drawings, sketches (we've got some talent there), scarves, pottery...whatever.

You will pick the starting price, it will run for 5 days. You have 2 choices, you can just send it to me, and when it is all over I will mail it out....or you can wait for my "ok the paypal or check has cleared" to send it out. Postage is rather up to YOU, unless you really want to add that in your description (you must also send me $5 for shipping....that sort of thing).

I don't know for sure if we can do this...

but I'd like to see if we can get a few people that want to participate.

I'm also thinking books and good old skeptic or woo woo items. Really, if you think it will make money for TAM scholarships, it's a good thing.

PM me, and I'll let you know, or post what you would like to donate here!

Everyone has shown off thier artwork and crafts, well now is your chance to really share it.

I have stuff! And I can draw something, too!

In fact, how about this for an offer:

I will draw a portrait of the highest bidder (or whoever they want). I will need a clear photograph, and it will take me a few weeks. I'll post some examples here so people can see that I'm not lying about my pencil ability :D

Trust me, last time we did the auction I got great stuff for my walls!

I'm into paper crafting and I can make some fairly nice handcrafted greeting cards if anyone's interested.

Especially maybe a "Happy Holidays" series?
(I usually don't put Merry Christmas on my Christmas cards) :D

I could design and execute a JREF cross stitch, but I don't know how long it would take.

I could possibly make something out of wood or something. Have to think about it.

Okay, I'm going to cross stitch a pigasus. I'll let you know when I get the supplies and start stitching what the starting price will be. Shouldn't take too long
