Okay sportsfans,

This is going to go down at Dave & Buster's in Fremont, CA on the evening of September 9th. We'll eat dinner like one big happy family, and from there, people can do whatever they want. Play video games, shoot pool, get drunk and pass out in a stall, whatever.

Post in this thread if you plan on attending, as I'll need to set up some reservations within the next couple of weeks.

Also, bring CASH. I'm not rich enough yet to front a bunch of gluttons on dinner, nevermind the fact that it's a giant pain in the ass to try and figure out who bought what, who drank what, then run cards. Just bring some cash so when the dinner check arrives, we all hand over some cash and we're dialed.

Edit: I have no idea where in the great mall it is. We can all get lost trying to find it and share our map & compass stories over dinner.

GMA is moderately close to the Fremont BART station. If you make it to Fremont, I'll chauffeur you to and from.

Also I recall Shermer mentioning that he was doing a couple of appearances this weekend in the Bay Area (Palo Alto and Berkeley) for those that will be in town.

Okay, I can't find my JREF hat so I will be wearing my FBI cap and carrying a Skepchick Calendar in the hopes that Girl6 will autograph it for me...

I don't know what the dress for this place will be like, and I don't give a ****, either. I'll be wearing flip flops, a pair of shorts and shirt with a collar, untucked because I'm a rebel. I'm going prematurely bald and I've got a couple tattoos on my forearms that will be visible if I roll my shirt sleeves up. I probably will.

I'll be coming down in my the BATTLEFORD (White explorer). I've got two stickers on the back window: an apple logo and an autobot logo. Honk if you see me, otherwise I'll just go in.

Also, when I tried to set up reservations a while back, they told me it was "first come first serve" there goes my plan for having everyone just meet at the "JREF" table.
