If there's one thing most theists and non-theists have in common, it's a dislike of Jack Chick and his tracts.
Unfortunately, Jack Chick is an utter coward, so despite his bold statements about God protecting him, he is not willing to present so much as an e-mail for feedback. It's the smartest thing he's ever done. Somewhere, suffocating under a mountain of pennitent biggotry, there's a little voice inside him that says he's going to get shot the second he steps out in public. Most of us call that voice "common sense."
However, I believe we at the JREF forums have bigger fish to fry: the authors of the books Mr. Chick shamelessly promotes. And here they are:
http://www.chick.com/information/authors/
They want to know what you think about their works. I say honesty is the best policy.
Feel free to share your results with the rest of us.

After teaching high school science for 15 years and speaking on the creation/evolution subject thousands of times, I can say with all certainty that the Bible is the infallible, inspired, inerrant Word of the living God. The universe was created in 6 literal 24 hour days about 6,000 years ago...
Modern science textbooks are wrong about the age of the earth and the place dinosaurs hold in history. Dinosaurs were created with man and were on the ark with Noah. After the flood they were hunted to the point of extinction in most parts of the world by man. A few dinosaurs are still alive in various parts of the world today! My research in cryptozoology (living dinosaurs) is of great interest to Christians and the lost alike. I now travel and speak on this topic to try to strengthen the faith of believers, confound and convict the evolutionists, and win the lost to Christ.

Stupidity knows no limits.
Excuse me but is there some specific location where you can "let them know" or is direct e-mail to these authors the only choise?
Thanks.

How on Earth does he back up such claims? I can't even read in the bible itself that Dinosaurs were on the ark, let alone that they existed the same time as man. Dinosaurs hunted to extinction after the flood? Dinosaurs still alive???!!!!!

Does not it surprise you too Ruby?
These certainly are not the only lies the same author has passed on.
Still trying to keep dinosaur/human track frauds and related claims alive I think. How could humans have hunted dinosaurs to extinction? Would probably have been vice versa.
A primitive African tribe talks about an animal called "Mmokele Membe" or something to that direction which has sometimes been referred to as dinosaur-like,that seems to be a myth too however (this is where it ends)
Of course my interpretation of bible would be different but to be realistic, since all reason says they certainly were not around in our time and dinosaurs have been truly learned of for only a few centuries,it is impossible indeed.
Paleontology is a young science. ;)

A fews weeks ago I did some research on Jack Chick. Based on what I have read there is only one known photograph of him. This seems really strange to me. He hasn't gvien an interview in many many years. Sounds like he's paranoid or xenophobic.

His website is chick.com right? I'll try emailing webmaster@chick.com, and tell you what happens.
Has Chick spewed anything new recently? Maybe he's really dead, and the only reason that they keep the website up is so that they can create and illusion to keep alive in their own minds that Chick is still there.
They go to all ends, from continuing to poduce his tracts to dressinglike him, speaking for him, thinking Chick-like thoughts and even stuffing his corpse.
I crack me up.

I've read Unveiling Islam by Urgin and Emir Caner. It's a fascinating book. The authors are brothers who were raised in a Muslim family. They write about how they became christians in high school and the effect it had on their entire family especially how it effected their relationship with their father. These two men have lived interesting lives...

If you want information on how to get in contact with someone who has their own domain name, you can always try a whois search. If you have a crippled operating system i.e. Not a *n*x ;-), you can avail of this service on websites like http://www.whois.net - just enter "chick.com" in WHOIS LookUp and press Go.

Jack Chick does make an excellent point, though. Male Christian virgins should not, under any circumstances, be allowed to drive. Imagine a school bus full of children and puppy dogs on the highway when the bus driver is suddenly raptured away.
Think about it.

Not only that, it would appear that the rapture has set off the airbags. - God is in favour of them. Either that or the rapture takes people in true panto fashion with a flash of white and a puff of pink smoke - hard to tell from the drawing.

More like definitely would have been vice versa. Anyone who has even the slightest knowledge of dinosaurs knows that our frail human flesh and blood wouldn't have stood a ghost of chance against their capabilities. Mr. Hovind does indeed make some interesting assertions.
But then again, this is all really just some big conspiracy against the bible and Jesus right?

Yes.Perhaps we would just submit,NO!
I think his next best move might be to simply deny that dinosaurs existed, with such a shining logic,I find it hard to believe why he would not do that.
Dinosaurs are obviously offending the scripture. ;)

Maybe so, I guess it all depends on how far they want to take the conspiracy idea. It doesn't seem to be any more or less rediculour than what they are already doing.

Could someone please explain how the existence of dinosaurs today would destroy the credibility of modern evolutionary theory?

It's based on 3 things:
A fundamental misunderstanding of evolution (they think previous species have to die off immediately when new species evolve).
Their wishful thinking that Creationism would predict that dinos would still be running around (it's only been 4,000 since the flood after all.)
Their misinterpretation of the fact that an extant population of known dinosaur species would require some adjustment to evolutionary theory, though it would hardly destroy it (note, the finding of new dinosaur species, not represented in the fossil record would be even less traumatic - it would just mean a niche population survived the extinction event and their descendants survived until this day.)
Finding a small niche population in some remote corner of the world would require some rethinking about the theory. A 2,500 member heard of Iganadons marching around Mexico would require a lot more.

But why dinosaurs in particular? I mean, cockroaches and jellyfish have been around longer than the dinosaurs... Oh no! Someone should inform the scientific community! Evolution is wrong! :D

Talking about interesting if still real examples like this,we do always have Coelecanth swimming somewhere around Indian ocean and Indonesia.
Having been there when dinosaurs might still have been alive and being here when we´re taking down the rest of the world, coelecanth has survived 70 million years.
I do not know exactly why but in some cases this fish has been brought to light by creationists.

;) What a shame that people who believe as he does so disrespect their God. They say his love is unconditional yet pile on condition after condition and believe this all powerful being with “perfect” love believe “he” predicates “his” love simply on his ego and need to be worshiped over all things.
Such a being would be so flawed to call it perfect is silly really. They speak of what it is like to be a good father/parent to their children yet condone treatment of what they believe is his children that is what almost no one would say is good and loving parenting.
Fear is an illusion yet so many live every hour of their lives gripped by it, gripped my a self imposed self produced illusion… sad. The link above is sad.

This is my thinking too. Some Christians claim that Dinosaurs kept to themselves...sort of like most animals do in the wild.

There are a few bona fide therapod tracks that look human. It's mused that the therapod was sneaking up on something with it's heal to the ground (therapods usualy walked with their heels held well above the ground, just like a bird) thus pulling the toes off the ground so they didn't leave any imprint.
And we do have dinosaurs running around the modern world. Is there anyone who can tell me they don't see a bit of dromeosaur hiding in a cassowary?

marxist2,
Dinosaurs as birds,I definitely agree even though that bird does not look exactly like...
Ruby,
I can tell you this track case is an old joke that is generally accepted as a fraud (possibly some creationists still cling to it)
I understand you want to know more and probably I´m a bit biased but I recommend you to not take any claims from that group too seriously.
Anyway,I tried to collect a few links;

Discusses man track to a degree;

I´m glad to see that you´re interested.Concerning dinosaurs I may add that when it comes to extinction of dinosaurs, there have been many different explanations pushed by scientists (not that much of a great mystery these days) but none that I have seen of does encourage global flood.

From http://home.houston.rr.com/bybayouu/Paluxy_trip.html
The best part was when I went back to examine the hyperbaric biosphere (it looked like a diver's decompression chamber to me). Mr. Baugh claimed that the snake inside underwent physiological changes because of his chamber - which proved something - I'm not clear on what and there was no one to ask. When I looked in side, I found that it was a different snake (and one that I could not verify was real). But as I was wondering how they fed that snake in the hyperbaric chamber (since I could see no pressure lock pass through, I noticed that the door was open slightly. That cleared up a lot.
What is a hyperbaric biosphere anyway?
OK, I ran a Google search and answered my own question.
A hyperbaric chamber is an enclosed chamber filled with pressurized oxygen used to treat divers with the bends, so a hyperbaric biosphere would be a terrarium filled with pressurized air.
So what does that have to do with anything??
