Hoping to centralize were we can put up technical resources for research prior to them being compiled and/or added to current doc projects etc.

Of course it's a pack of lies, but the official NIST site is here:
http://wtc.nist.gov/
Actual reports here:
http://wtc.nist.gov/reports_october05.htm
The companion reports probably have way more data on the construction than the greatbuildings link.

Facts, figures, FDR data, schematics, blueprints, topo maps, etc. Anything that is uncontrovertible.

Not quite technical, but certainly a resource, is the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette's series on Flight 93 (http://www.post-gazette.com/headlines/93index9.asp) from 9/11/10 to 10/25/01. Some famed and often referenced articles here.

The MCEER reports are some of my favorite.
They disappeared for about a year- you had to actually purchase them. I had printed out the preliminary report a long time ago and it still sits on my bookshelf.
