Here's an idea:
What if a speaker at the next Amazing Meeting was interviewed instead of giving a lecture? We could submit the questions beforehand to an "interviewer" (Bidlack comes to mind), the speaker would get them in advance (or not!!) and we could get a lively pingpong, as well as our questions answered.
It never gets dull listening to a skeptical speaker, but - hey - let's try something new!
