Gray Davis is really running my state into the ground. The man has absolutely no fiscal discipline to speak of. I doubt he'll be recalled, however. I don't think enough people really care.

As much as I dislike Gray Davis, this past election I found him to be the lesser of two evils. I would rather have him than Bill Simon since he was a poor Republican candidate. Richard Riardan would have been much better, but I guess the Republican party here doesn't have its priorities straight.

Man, I'm so out of it. I live in California and until now, I didn't even know who Gray Davis was.

Gray Davis is a joke, but the Republicans are even more pathetic for coming up with Simon, of all people, to run against him. Tragic mistake. We have and will continue to pay for Davis dearly, not that he's to blame for everything wrong in our state. Recall elections have little chance of working, but this particular one does have a large following, and is receiving growing financial support as well.

I can dig up some info on this later if anyone is interested in the why's and how's of the situation, but for now, it's saturday night, I'm in my new house, and have a beer in my hand. Cheers!
