A couple of questions for any of you who have a Taber Abrasor...
Which way do you install the wheels? Sticker towards the vacuum or sticker towards the wheel arms? It says this side out, but what is out? I thought it was towards the wheel arms as that is the outside of the machine, but images show I may be wrong. I just need to confirm this one way or the other.

Have any of you had problems where the wheel nuts come off during long, 13hr tests? Why would mine be doing this?

Cheers and many thanks
HL

I would interpret "Out" to be "facing away from whatever I'm attaching it to". But I've never even heard of a Taber Abraser, much less used one.

Why are your nuts coming off? Because you've put your wheel on backwards ;) Dunno, maybe you're just not tightening them enough?

What are you abrading, by the way?

Would this help? Clicking on the picture of the device gives you a larger view that shows more detail.

Now how do I unsubscribe from this thread?

Thanks, problem sorted. The sample was slipping and then that all lead to the wheels coming off. I was abrading heavy duty non-slip vinyl. As one does.
