Hi Everyone!

I'm just popping in to say hi. It's Oren, the new york computer one, from the amazing cruise. I see that there might be a few of you coming to New York over the next couple o' months.

Considering I'm a born & bred new yorker I might, just might, be able to help plan any events going on over here.

I'm busy as the busiest of bees, so I won't be able to make fancy banner signs or "quantum" teleporters to get yous guys over here, but a free beer or two, or three, might make me forget some appointments, =oP

PM or IM me (SpeederA on AIM, SameAsAIM@CopmuMight.com on MSN, SpeederA on Skype) if any of you want some tips or some help planning. I'll try and look at the threads from time, but I can't make any promises... =o/

Contact me even if you're not coming to New York. I want to here from yous all!

Survivor of the Bermuda Triangle,
Oren

Stunning???? That's not a word I would have used to describe myself, but thank you.

Scary? I'm scary? Did you see me early in the morning with my coke-bottle bottom glasses or something?

That's scary smart as in an intellect so sharp as to be frightening. You are one wickedly sharp lady!

Gosh, m'am, thankee kindly. You've embarrassed me. There were so many brilliant AND witty people on the cruise, that I once again felt like I'd been promoted to sitting at the grown-up table at Thanksgiving. I had been looking forward to getting to know you, after reading your posts. Maybe at TAM?

How about I just mail you my copy? I'd read the salt book twice, but probably won't read the Cod book again. PM and it will be in the mail Saturday.

Just promise, if I ever get into a deep philosophical discussion on the forum regarding cod fishing, Lent and the Middle Ages, and colonization, you'll look up references for me.

LOL.

This thread took on a life of it's own.
Sorry I vanished. My non-cruise life is a little on the hectic side. ;o)

I'll try to be more present in the future. =o)

Heh, I still need a book of mugshots to remember who is who.
Picture, Name, Screen Name, height, weight, dreams and aspirations, thumb prints, retina scans. I accept bras and panties too! (as long as the female comes included) ;o) hehe.

Alternatively, yous ppls can PM me some more identiable information. ;o)
