If the challenge is becoming pro-active, something pro-active Jeff could do would be to stay up to date on paranormal news and events around the world. I would rather see a log of paranormal claims that have nothing to do with the million dollar, than joe schmoes applying without any reliable evidence. He could keep a list of all the famous psychics, and gurus, and cults, and everything else with researched biographies about them. Sort of like an up to date wikipedia on kookery. It would be sweet!

The world is getting more stupid day by day. It’s time to take back a little piece in the name of rationality and reality before it’s too late!
Vampire: Sorry, I just couldn't resist posting this quote from your site because I absolutely couldn't agree with you more. :D

You do realize, don't you, that Jeff has to eat, keep a roof over his head and clothes on his body?
Please, for the love of humanity, allow him enough time to earn money to cover his body! The rest of us would be so grateful.

What's the difference?

The million dollar challenge does tend to drag them out of the woodwork. I would have never known about The Prophet Yaweh otherwise.

You must be kidding - why on earth would one bother?
Paranormal events are ficticious, and 'news' about fiction has little value.
(i mean to say - it was all carp before - and it is still all carp - no news)
As for your suggested lists: they probably already exist elsewhere.
No need to re-invent the wheel.
