Computer alarm clock

I've been trying to find a basic alarm clock for my computer, that I can set to go off at different times for each day of the week. It should at the very least pop up a message and/or make some kind of alarm sound (it would be great if it just shut my computer down instead).

I've search on the internet, and all I've found is stuff that works for only 30 days. I found a neat little one named 'alarm' but it only has 1 time that you can set on it; you can't set different times for different days.

This is a simple alarm clock I use. At least I think it is the one I use. You can set an alarm for each day of the week and have it play a sound of your choosing. When the alarm goes off a pop up window appears in the middle of your screen.
