Arkansas is one of my favorite places to make fun of. I call it the "armpit of the midsouth" having grown up across a river from it. You can imagine by bewilderment when the governor of that state actually became president. He was a bit green. Made some blunders right off the mark. But he got better. He did some good things, did some bad things. Let's not rehash his presidency.
I wish though that we had the opposite side of this story. Like Bill saying "he sassed off at me in that prissy voice of his and then stormed off so I chased him down for a good ole' arkansas ass whoopin'". If Bill Clinton said that, I would vote for a third term. That's better than Bush calling that reporter an @sshole and refusing to apologize.
