I need help with an article. Can someone supply me with recent predicitons from Sylvia's new season on Montel? My tape of the show went missing. I'm hoping to make this topic a weekly feature on MondoSkepto:

"Sylvia Sez" - [insert mind-numbing phrase of the week.] :D

Help me and I'll love you forever.

I'm not sure she's made any "new" predictions. She's still nattering on about trucks and trains. Her big prediction show is in January.

Professional curiosity forces me to ask, what's up with the trucks and trains?

Will it involve tubes?

And does it involve the following words:

love
light
touch
psychic
messages
energy
cells
beauty
possess
body
god
activate
help
spiritual
become
spark
force
greatest
universe
strength
control
prayer
connect
create
perfect
spirit
guide
support
peace
security
strong
faith
hold
know
move
learn
think
shine
power
mind (Thanks for the list, alfaniner)

What's up with her "it was an angel" thing?

"X person saved me. I went to their house and they had moved. Who were they?"

"It was an angel."

I swear, she does it every week.

She loves the guardian angel shtick.

I think the trucks/trains are implying terrorist attacks. The trucks probably like the first attack on the WTC and the trains like the Madrid bombing. Sylvia isn't terribly specific.

I have a copy of her recent truck prediction. A terrorist attack will be attempted using trucks before Christmas but it will be stopped by the good guys. I had her prediction for the terrible hurricanes that were going to hit the United States but I don't know if I have it any more.

That's what I gathered, too. She did have one big miss - she decreed the Carolinas would be hit with several major hurricanes this summer. Ditto Florida. So far, no. She failed to see the major explosion in Apex, NC.

You know, my website has only been up two weeks, but I'm quickly become one of the most hated persons on the Internet. :jaw-dropp

I might have it. I have been recording Sylvia on Montel for RSLancastr. However, that would require watching them again. Isn't that a violation of the 8th Amendment?

I checked my tape but I didn't have the hurricane prediction. I think it was on the same episode as Sylvia's 9/11 miss. I do recall the hurricane prediction occured right at the end of the episode, just before the credits rolled.

I've also been recording Montel's Wednesday shows. I record to DVD-RAM, then I watch and edit while I'm riding our exercise bike. At least it's not a complete waste of time. I'm putting together some short 'best of' videos of Sylvia to put on my YouTube account:

I have three or four really good misses so far, but I want a couple more before I finish the videos. One compilation has Sylvia guessing names but with nothing put puzzlement from her victims. Another has Sylvia telling different people that their departed loved ones 'send you birds'. I don't know what that is supposed to mean but it makes for a funny video.

I'm really interested into delving into her supposed solving and capture of a California serial rapist. I googled "California Ski Mask Rapist" but only got one hit related to Sylvia and that was a radio interview where she extols her own virtues! I know on one episode of Montel she even mentions the police detectives name, which should be verifiable. This case is mentioned in one of her recent books, which I've been looking through used book stores to find.

You are quite welcome.

I'm not interested in what Sylvia says. I'm much more interested in what Sylvia's mother says.

"Sylvia's mother says Sylvia's packing, she's going be leaving today
Sylvia's mother says Sylvia's marrying, a fellow down Galveston-Way
Sylvia's mother says Please don't say nothing, to make her start crying and stay
And the operator says Forty cents more, for the next... three... minutes"

I'm signed up at your site now, Vampire. Loved the piece on "Host a ParaResearch Party!" , especially the response they gave you.

I made their day, didn't I? ;) And to think my mother wasted all those years on Tupperware and make-up parties. :D

Thanks to all who signed up!

That e-mail is hilarious! I loved this part:

Even the average dull-witt recognizes ghost hunting is far from an exact science.

It appears they've done a good job researching their target customers (average dull-witt [sic]).

Even though the owner disavowed it was part of West Virginia Ghost Hunters, both are operated by the same person. It's on file with the WV Secretary of State.

Your link for Ghost-Mart, LLC doesn't work but I found it on the site and Brendan Skeen is the organizer. He uses a different address for WVGH, though.

Aughh! That's what I get for digging dirt and posting when I should be asleep - bad links.

Although the businesses may be seperate for tax purposes, he's still at the helm of both.

Sylvia's mother says
Sylvia's busy, too busy to come to the phone...
Which is why she has all these cousins, like Santa Claus, to take your calls at $700 for 30 minutes.
Sylvia's mother says
Sylvia's happy, so why don't you leave her alone?
Yeah, she loves raking it in, so stop bothering her, Randi.
Sylvia's mother says
Sylvia's trying to predict a new life from her past...
And the operator says, "$50 more for the next three minutes.
Oh, Please, Mr. Montel, I just want to talk to her
I'll only keep her a while
Oh, please, Mr. Montel, I just want to ask her
Why she's always so WRONG!
And the operator says, "$50 more for the next three minutes.
:D

Poor? Poor? She's as rich as the ex-owners of YouTube!
