It's theorized that some dinosaurs survived the extinction and evolved into a humanoid form (like the one above), and they now manipulate people.....I think?

Do real, sane people actually believe this ****? How does this link to 9/11 or Bush?

Edited, breach of Rule 10. Please do not curse in your posts, or mask swear words in an attempt to avoid the auto-censor.

I don't think that's quite right. I've seen this picture before, and as I recall it's an artistic representation of a humanoid reptile that "would" have been around today if the dinosaurs hadn't become extinct. Not that there is any reason for there to be an intelligent saurian at all, let alone one that looks suspiciously like us. I think it was just an amusing "what if".

No. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_icke)

In 1991, David Icke, "...began to dress only in turquoise and maintained that the world was ruled by a secret group called the 'Global Elite', or 'Illuminati', which he linked to The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, an anti-Semitic hoax. [4] [5] In 1999, he published The Biggest Secret, in which he wrote that the secret world government consists of a race of reptilian humanoids known as the Babylonian Brotherhood, and that many prominent figures are, in fact, reptilian, including George W. Bush, Queen Elizabeth II, Kris Kristofferson, and Boxcar Willie. [4][6]"

(Emphasis added.) That should answer your question.

correct, that picture is an artists "what if" to represent a highly evolved humanoid saurian

IIRC the discovery of a new raptor species with an unusually large braincase causeed researchers to theorize that had it not become extinct it could have evolved a brain size proportional to humans

Ok I can see trying to link important political figures to an insane conspiracy, but Boxcar Willie?

WTF?

What in the hell does the worlds most famous singing hobo have to do with world domination?

IIRC, Harry Harrison wrote an SF novel, :"West of Eden", wherein dinosaurs survived the Chuxulub rock and evolved into intelligent bipeds. HH was a clever chap, but I don't think he ever espoused the Secret Lizard Overlord Theory.

Ah, but any crazy person can imagine conspiracies involving the US President and the Queen of England. To be truly insane, Icke distinguishes himself with Boxcar Willie.

Self-parodying, isn't it?

I will direct no ill will at the mind that gave birth to the Stainless Steel Rat.
