Citgo gone from Navy Annex

Earlier this evening, I passed by Citgo - the one near the Pentagon, known for its 9/11 security video. I was taken aback by the fact that they just changed all the signage and dropped Citgo. I always thought it very odd that the Navy used Citgo as a supplier, given Hugo Chavez's remarks (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/13401534/). So, this was a welcome change.
