Any suggestions by people would be useful, as I am a new member of the 9/11 REAL truth movement. :D

Not much on it yet, but I did only make it last night anyway, i'll be updating it daily hopefully, if I can think up enough things!

That's great - I love your OP about being an ex-CT. Thye need to realise that everyone that buys into their BS who is without agenda (ie not trying to get famous, sell DVDs, or being so overtly liberal as to blind themselves to reality) WILL realised that all they say is tripe, if only they read stuff like Gravy and MarkyX's debunks, or the Popular Mechanics work.

The trouble is, most people outside the US don't care enough about the subject to either fall fully into the CT camp, or to go and seek out the truth. So they remain "couldas", as in the US gov is bad mmkay, and "coulda" let 9/11 happen or even been involved. In the current climate of suspicion and resentment of government (esp the US for being perceived as leading us in the UK into war under false pretenses, and being willing to do anything to further their ends) people are happy to casually suspend rational thought and to parrot the milder aspects of 9/11 denial.

The more people out there willing to challenge these casual LIHOPers, and make them realise the implications of what they say, the better.

Outstanding! One correction though. The "Screw Loose Change" videos, as well as the "9/11 Deniers Speak" video, were created by Mark Iradian, aka Markyx, who is also a JREF member. I get confused myself sometimes.

Nice start on your blog. I'll check back occasionally to see how it's coming along.

And I agree with Big Les. Anyone who truly has an open mind and looks at the evidence objectively will quickly be convinced that LC and its offspring are garbage. Unfortunately, many of the hardcore Twoofers have blinded themselves to objectivity.

I actually don't think that there is a direct blog out there that is written to be an ex-Twoofa, so maybe this could be unique in a way. I'm gonna maybe begin a TerrorStorm debunk starting from a few posting on my blog.

You might be right. That is an unusual perspective. It would probably make your argument more effective since you have insight into the CT mindset that those of us who aren't ex-Twoofies don't have. Good luck with your blog and debunking. It sounds like it'll be an interesting read.

Mark, I hope you don't mind if I use the same format of writing (The TerrorStorm debunk) as you did with the Loose Change Guide, I just feel thats a pretty good way of writing.

Yes, you don't hear much from "converts" in this field. You do from the reformed neo-Nazis, but not here. Good luck with the blog! :)

Good start on the blog - will be interested to see how it develops.

Apologies if this is stating the obvious (I'm sure you can use the search function on forums as well as i can) but you might find this thread (http://forums.randi.org/showthread.php?t=61178&page=2&highlight=terrorstorm) and this one (http://forums.randi.org/showthread.php?t=62649&highlight=terrorstorm) handy re. terrorstorm.

I just updated it with a bigish post. I kinda looks into the mindset of a CTer and the Moderation that was used on the LC forums to stop people seeing the real truth. I enjoyed writing it, I hope you enjoy reading it.

If you're ever interested in structural or materials science calculations and proofs, just ask and I'll be more than happy to provide.

Might as well put that education to use somehow.

Edited to add:

Awesome work. I like using the LCVG format because it's so effective at addressing specific claims.

Great entry :)

My only complaint about your blog, would be the white text on a black background. It straines the eyes.

But overall, great of you to come forward this way.
