The Kilted Yaksman

Judging by that massive strong chin I would say it is the dad from American Dad. Or maybe Grizzly Adams.
ETA: Thinking about it, it looks more like the snippy caveman on the Geico commercials.

Alhazred's rules for interpreting apparitions:
1) If it has a beard, it's Jesus. Period. Not Rasputin, Fidel, or Ulysses S. Grant.
2) If it has no beard, it's Jesus' mom.
3) If it's a totally non-face-like squiggle, it's "Allah".
Clear, now? :p

Flip the image upside down and you'll see it's not a face at all. It's a bird, possibly an eagle.

One would think that taking out a huge multi page anti-technology manifesto in several major newspapers would be enough to make you stick out in a few people's memory when they clearly see you on a tree but no, always a popularity contest.
