I'm a lawyer in southern Ontario, and I'll be interested in talking to his local Crown attorney about the cross-border issue re: surreptitiously taping a telephone call to Ms. McClatchey in PA.

I'm not sure if it's illegal for him to do so or not, given that the call presumably originated in Ontario, but I'm going to look into it.

I feel similar to LashL, and have stated so here on many occasions. It is always better to engage these people in rational, civil debate, as the fence sitters and lurkers will usually see through the truther BS when presented in such a way.

I will admit, that I am going through another phase of "intolerance" for them as of late, as one can see if you read my posts over the last day or two. This is normal, and I call it a symptom of DTFS (Debating with Truthers Fatigue Syndrome). Others here believe it to simply be the result of a mysterious infection that passes into the body from the large wound made on ones forehead from beating it against the truther wall repeatedly.

My intolerance, in a few days will pass, and my posts will resume their usual civil tone. Until then, I am venting...and I am ok with it.

I hear you, TAM, and agree entirely about the phases that we go through while dealing with such disrespectful, pathetic, lying, moronic cretins on an ongoing basis. Sometimes, venting is absolutely necessary in the circumstances. A relief valve, if you will. When "teh stoopid" and "teh crazy" get to be too much, it's a good thing.

And it's a good thing that we all seem to hit that point at different times, instead of all at once, so that we can spell each other through our respective venting periods. :)

No problem. haha killclown is now taking digs at me...pretty funny since he can only insult rather than address the topic (ie its illegal to record a phone call without the consent of all parties in Pennsylvania, even if the caller is from Ontario).

But, his statements and replies in that thread is what matters, since he is actively libeling her there...so even though he didn't have any part in the phone call, he still has to answer for the libelous claims against her that he continues to reply with.

Yah, i mean I deal with all kinds at work. The sane, the not so sane, but it is in limited doses.

On the net, reading this shaite, and debating it daily, it can grind you down to the frazzle point. Luckily I have a real life that I come back to, so the episodes of "venting" tend to be limited.

You are also right, it is a good thing we all vent at different times, or the Forum might blow a hole in its side...lol

its illegal to record a phone call without the consent of all parties in Pennsylvania, even if the caller is from Ontario

This is the part that I have to look into, Arus. In Canada, the one party rule applies regarding taping telephone calls, and presumably the actual taping occurred in Ontario, so it may not be illegal for someone to tape a call here, no matter what jurisdiction the call is placed to. But I will find out very soon.

(Just in case you were wondering)

I've done quite a bit of cross-border litigation but not on the particular issue of the origin of telephone calls and which location has jurisdiction over them in this particular context (i.e. criminal rather than contractual, for instance), so I want to do some research, consult with colleagues, and come up with a comprehensive answer to the question of whether Jeff can be prosecuted here in Canada or whether the only judicial recourse for his actions are in PA courts. (If the latter, there are probably significant limitations to the practical application of the PA law despite the fact that PA courts would have jurisdiction over the offence). Anyway, I'll leave it at that for now, pending further research and consultation.

He also assured the 911 Truth movement and Alex Jones that the Loose Change Second Editions. Alex and everyone were relieved that they could sell their inventory of the bogus film. As Dylan said on TV “Loose Change really is not a very fair representation of 911truth”. (2)

It is in bad taste that these two corporate mongers and sellers of bogus wares continue to sell something they readily say “I will be the first to admit our film definitely contained errors, it still does contain some dubious claims, and it definitely does come to some conclusions that are not 100 percent backed up by the facts.” Dylan Avery. Of course Alex Jones does not seem to care about that as he hawks the item from his storefront.

Dylan is frantically trying to get his "film" into Cannes and the Hollywood money is behind him to make a new Micheal Moore. Control the information and the MTV stars.

Dylan’s only goal now to get his “film” into a paying theater audience while keeping the charade of a real patriot rather than a freshly minted millionaire.

He will likely submit it under fictional narrative (good luck), and as long as the FC of it is substantially different from the other versions, he can slip under the other rules you mentioned.

I'm not aware of any "no documentaries" rule, nor could I find mention of it on the official Cannes website. After all, Fahrenheit 9/11 won top honors a couple years ago, so it's not like they're not open to political films. In fact, their philosophy is to make a wide range of films available.

Cannes also wants its films to be premieres, so I don't think "this is not the same movie that's been circulating on the Internet for months" is going to wash.

There's also the small issue of a March 20, 2007 deadline. Cannes needs to have the finished film by then. Submitting the films for Cannes implies that it's going to be "in the can" by then. Is this consistent with other things we've heard about the film's development schedule?

And even if Loose Change overcomes all those obstacles, the judges will probably take one look at it and quickly realize that it lacks any artisitic, cinematic or informational value. Seriously, go to the Cannes website and see how arty most of the films are. Cannes audiences laughed at The DaVinci Code, for crying out loud. Submitting Loose Change to Cannes is like mailing a warm six-pack of Budweiser to the San Francisco International Wine Competition.

I don't think so. I think the rule is that the production has to be finished on the film within the last 12 months prior to entry. ie. It cant have been sitting on a shelf for 2 years, and then get entered.

When watching this at normal speeds... I think what misleads our eyes... is the fact that the first ring of "material," appears to be smoke gushing out of the impact floors after the upper mass begins to fall. But, when slowed down... what we find out is that this isn't smoke at all... but rather crushed concrete that is being ejected out the sides, before the upper mass even begins to move.

NIST says that the kinetic energy released from the falling upper mass, is what contributed to the failure of the lower floors.... but, of course... we all know that kinetic energy is only present in a moving object, and thus... if the upper mass has yet to move... there is no kinetic energy... so what energy or force is crushing the concrete inside the tower, and then ejecting it out the sides?

And, please don't say the upper mass shot a laser out of its ass, because we've all heard that one before.

I have a message relayed to me by Jeff Wagg from Val McClatchey, thanking myself as well as Gravy (naturally) for standing up for her. On the other side, we have Val appearing in the local newspaper and on the local television news complaining about Mr. Town by name for his harassment.

We've long since demonstrated just how often those in the "Truth Movement" lie, but this one is exceptional.

All of you Truthers lurking over here, take note. Your "leaders" harass people and then lie about it afterwards. Brazenly. Even if you don't do such yourself, these are the people you support.

I have a message relayed to me by Jeff Wagg from Val McClatchey, thanking myself as well as Gravy (naturally) for standing up for her. On the other side, we have Val appearing in the local newspaper and on the local television news complaining about Mr. Town by name for his harassment.

We've long since demonstrated just how often those in the "Truth Movement" lie, but this one is exceptional.

All of you Truthers lurking over here, take note. Your "leaders" harass people and then lie about it afterwards. Brazenly. Even if you don't do such yourself, these are the people you support.

Very rude of them to delete a thread because they wanted to use the footage without letting the (LIAR!) thread creator know first.

It is rather bizarre. I note that the mods seem to have been very silent over there these last few days.

Quest had a few spurts of activity a few weeks ago, but maybe wore himself out.

IVXX is usually the most censorious when it comes to the kids getting over excited, but I haven't seen much of his posts recently either.

Avery has been quite active though. ;)

Do you think that perhaps Dylan is trying to "look" a little more mainstream and a little less like a kook so he doesn't scare away any potential funding for lcfc? If you were looking to invest in something like that, wouldn't you want to find out a little more about that guy? Wouldn't you check out his website (and forum) to see if the guy is just plain nuts? I mean if the movie is released and gets LAMBASTED by critics for being a fraud, then all that money is up in smoke.

That would also explain his careful distancing of himself from Lyte, Merc, and the other wack jobs.

I've been wondering about something beyond the framework --- wondering about the Ein Soph itself, the personality of God. At every major 'change in era/dispensation/age', there has always been a natural anomaly, or disaster of some sort.

I've been idly wondering if this time s/he might be it finally giving up on The World. After all, there is a difficult to explain cycle of the reciever having joy from existing, and that in turn driving the (theoretical) desire which motivated/motivates/will motivate God to continue his/her upholding the universe, even though I'm sure that as God, s/he doesn't percieve it exactly that way (but it's the best way to say it in layman's terms). This isn''t the purely logical and systematic aspects which I'm talking about, but rather, the hidden and unknown part (which I won't usually get into, for precisely that reason), so I'm only speculating and theorising here.

If God were to withdraw its spirit (as several holy books indicate that s/he could do that, even though this is not consistent behaviour), who can predict what would happen to our World? Perhaps there is a scenario where this could be avoided of course, and The World would go on as it were without change. Or the framework could slowly decay until we're struck by a massive event that kills us all, and returns this to nothing...

Even more sobering to think of, is perhaps all the dispensation changes up until now, served the double-function of being trials, almost a hidden plea to see if what God desired would begin to emerge on its own... (since free-will will not be tampered with). What is it that s/he wanted? What is it that a being who can create something out of nothing other than itself, desired?

That's a question that might be difficult to answer. Many like me have organised ourselves, approached this God, and tried to find this answer. We wanted to analyse him/her further, and find out more in regards to it's purpose - since while we have the ability to manipulate the framework, we are relying on it's will to continue to uphold this World, since that is an ability only s/he has. As depressing as things can be, I think we all know inside that we need more time, to find the answers. No-one really wants all this to end, not now, not ever.

A "New Heaven", and a "New Earth" - to me they're not attractive things, but a theoretical future result of our failure to solve the puzzle in time, and keep things in balance until we learn about the true nature of God's hidden self. Such a failure would be "armageddon", an inability to 'bring the creation back to the creator'. Perhaps we are so close, but not close enough yet. And the enemy is also determined to impede any rapid discovery.

We need more time... hopefully we have enough left...

I'm sorry. I usually try to avoid the speculation and worry of 'armageddon', and 'God's hidden and unknown areas', and just keep trying to carry out the task at hand, but I need sleep, and this topic kindof triggered it, so I reacted.

From what I understand, Michael Moriarty has some serious mental problems (even before the recent evidence). He can be very paranoid, and go Margot Kidder crazy occasionally. I think I saw him interviewed on E! regarding his leaving "Law & Order," and he talked about a vast Hollywood conspiracy to black list him and keep him from working. He needs to stay off the sauce and stay on the meds.

From what I understand, Michael Moriarty has some serious mental problems (even before the recent evidence). He can be very paranoid, and go Margot Kidder crazy occasionally. I think I saw him interviewed on E! regarding his leaving "Law & Order," and he talked about a vast Hollywood conspiracy to black list him and keep him from working. He needs to stay off the sauce and stay on the meds.

I was thinking roxdog at LCF, who seems like he wants to be a reporter, or like a reporter, should try to do a better job reporting.

You did a better job than roxdog. One could hope (dream?) the LCF, part of the so called truth movement, would be more even on presenting those people who support their already crazy ideas.

So why aren't they talking now? Well, if you were in their shoes, would you? It's basically a free pass to be criticized by the mass media and labeled as mentally ill by the rest of the "debunker" crowd. From their perspective, what good is it going to do? My history: I was involved in SIG-INT/EL-INT for 23 years for a foreign country friendly to the US. I have served on every continent except Antartica. Several times I worked in conjunction with US assets.

In1999 I moved here to the US and retired.

I kept up my hobby of tinkering with electronics as, during my career this was my specialty. Building devices to tease the radio signals out of the ether.

In the 1st week of September 01, I started picking up some signals on a frequency tht's not normally high-traffic. What was unusual was that it was heavily encrypted.

When the traffic showed signs of increasing I started recording them in the hopes that I could crack the key, something I'd had reasonable success with whilst serving. The traffic kept increasing until 07.34h (EST) on 11 Sept. when it stopped.

I thought my receiver had failed, the traffic ended so abruptly. Two hours later the chatter was forgotten.

A month later I thought about the mysterious recordings I'd made and set about trying to crack the code. I'd forgotten about the 'coincidence' of when the recording stopped, I was just curious about the encryption.

Two summers ago I met an old friend from the service and told him about my recordings. He asked for a copy and said he'd see what he could do.

A month later he telephoned me and asked to meet. He told me it would be in my best interests to destroy my tapes, as he'd destroyed his copies. I pressed him for details and reminded him a favour he owed me. I got him sotted, and he spilt the encryption scheme and how to distill the key.

A month later he apparently committed suicide.

The information on the tapes blew my mind, as I'm sure it'll do to the world when it goes public. I knew my only safety was to go public, but I needed someone I could trust with my life.

a month of research turned up the name of a reoporter I knew I could trust, a man with integrity. He works at a major newspaper here in the US and has since we met spent his time verifying my credentials (which wasn't easy, but he's satisfied), my story, and what's on those tapes. His tests should be complete by week end next. He has his story written and is simply finishing up verifying and corroborating.

Watch for my story in the next few weeks, I guarantee a tremendous shock.

Well, it seems like the loose change forum doesn't support true critical thought, (been banned six times, accounts and posts all deleted in true Avery style) so I come here and like what I see very much. No doubt they've been watching, but I sense that they are about to strike, and I suspect that that BBC hit piece coming up tomorrow night was carefully crafted with help from something called the Tavistock Institute.

As things start to get wild with increasing anticipation of the release of LCFC, I do believe that we're going to start to see them pouring out of the woodwork, so this is a pre-alert warning, to be on the lookout, both for things extremely harmful to the movement, but even moreso for anything which could be harmful to Louder Than Words LLC and our brave crew led by Mr. Avery.

I do believe that the PTB are starting to freak out about this "movement" since it's organic, holographic through the "noosphere" and unstoppable.

You will generally be able to detect them by a reading between the lines of their posts, especially new posters, who seem to be feining a commeraderie, or a disingenuously lower level of intelligence and aquity than they actually possess. They will be overly ingratiating, but you'll notice certain things they do, and post, which could get people into trouble, or, which play the game of "divide and conquor".

Watch for them, and alert the Mods if you think you see anything suspicious, and they'll start tracking their posts and keep a close eye on them.

Be careful not to throw around the "shill" label, but do not hesitate to confront either.

They're coming. Trust me. And they are SMART, big time SMART. But there's something about human language which seems to give them away. You can smell them..

Just stay alert for them. Let's protect our investment in this endeavour, until LCFC has gone full global omega point, and it's by far too late for them to be able to do ANYTHING to stop the momentum, and in fact, it's already too late now.

^^ both are bug ridden and from an admin standpoint, very basic in its operation. the phpbb forum on a site i frequent is hacked every so often which requires them to wait for a security fix by phpbb that sometimes takes too long..
There used to be a nasty exploit where you could copy the logout info from the adress bar and paste it in your sig as an image. This would make it so no one could stay logged in with any thread containing that sig :p

It's common in dictatorships. The Soviets had it, too. They didn't call it "Sippenhaft," obviously, but it was illegal to be related to a traitor, so Stalin would toss entire families in his gulags.

In reading about "Sippenhaft," I am reminded of how CBS took on the US Army in the case of Milo Radulovich, a US Army dentist who was unfairly punished because his father read Yugoslavian Communist magazines and newspapers, back in the 1950s. In a democracy, such official behavior draws protest. In a dictatorship, the protesters are shot.

I mention this, because I'd like to point out that if the New World Order was really trying to cover up "the truth," Dylan Avery, Jason Bermas, and these other Twoofers would be lying in shallow graves in some deep woods by now. however, the only thing that merc stated that is remotely true is that DYLAN has paid jack squat for anything that he's done. HE IS profiting off the victims of 9/11 (has he even dontated any $$$ to the several memorials set up on behalf of the victims?)

Well I have avoided the JREF visit for so long until my curiosity got the best of me.

He tries to be cute with a cat trait.

I was thinking master of science degrees, very logical and knowlegable laymen, some kids who can use their brains without bias. Understanding facts. He must be upset since all CTers' junk is a total fraud. So he skipped looking for facts and just believes his own biased version of 9/11. I guess he wants to skip facts and go straight to fiction of LC. I personnally envey most who post here who are able to see through the 9/11 lies of the truth movement. I still wonder why anyone who can type is able to be as mentally challenged with facts as the LCF loyalist.

b ) Massive groupthink dominates the ranks of these poor wannabe intellectuals.

c) Tales of grand debunkery without the actual debunkery, just insults to the intellegence of the CT's, Twoofers, or Loons.

d) Inability to string more than three sentences together coherently, probably in an attempt to conceal ignorance.

e) Inability to express humor in the written word despite trying to hit a comedic homerun on almost every post.

f) Ability to post 15 times in a single thread without adding anything to it.

g) Ability to drive potential readers from the site without those potential readers even having to read. This happened to me on the last thread I clicked on. I did a quick scroll and came to the conclusion "mindless ********" without reading a single word. I will work to sharpen this newfound skill.

I think this Forum has some problems too, but damn! Those bastids are the true enemies of all that give me a fuzzy feeling about space and time. I truly feel bad for the parents.

This JREF parody sounds more like the LCF. It appears people who can write much better than I are still mentally challenged on physics, flying and math. They excel at fiction, fraud, and fearless ignorance.

There's plenty of disagreement among people here, political and otherwise. The 9/11 discussions in particular inspire activists on both sides of the American aisle. But when the politics start creeping in, the participants get told to take it to the Politics forum.

Imagine a science forum where a number of Flat-Earthers keep trying to spread their nonsense in a subforum. You would probably find a great deal of agreement between members as they deal with the FEs.

Judging this board by this subforum is one more way CTers simply serve their own needs by what they choose to notice.

However that could also be possible, assuming the government would let us be free and own our own splitter machines. a average family could probably spend less than 1000 dollars (not sure how much it would cost. but im sure a computer is much more difficult to produce) on a splitter machine to make gallons of hydrogen a day and the electricity to activate that splitting machine would just come from the wall power socket that gets its electricity from burning hydrogen at the power plant which comes from a big splitter machine that the power plant company uses to get its hydrogen...

It was cut to about 9 pages from being over 15 pages, and in all the excitement of the day I didn't notice till really late that evening when I was going to re-read the posts that some of my posts had been DISAPPEARED, and especially in "the Lounge" I had the first post about it like I did at all the others I post at. I had posted BBC OOPS ! everywhere by 8:30am except (9/11 blogger cause I didn't know how to post and didn't have time to remember the html codes to make a thread !)
I remember the time sspecifically one because I was up for 3 days checking into the stuff, cause after I seen the video I was so excited I couldn't sleep. The other reason I remember was because I had to be at court (against the MASONIC TEMPLE ) that day, MONDAY Feb. 26 2007 for 9am and I was rushing to get everything up on the internet before I had to leave and walked out my door for court at 8:45am
I had all the graphics and everything made
but didn't put anything up cause I was still trying to get ahold of JANE Standley (the reporter from the story) !!!!!!
The day before I finally got the phone number for her office but they guy said she was already gone for the day and If I called tomorrow (Monday) he couldn't see why I would have any problen getting ahold of her...
I seen "abcd"s post about it at Loose change and thought OOOOOOhhh **** if I'm gonna get ahold of her I better make it quick before its too late. thats when the BBC "gatekeeper" was there gaurding her phone and answered !

THE NTSB THING MAKES ME LAUGH TOO, because even though I really Like ROb (JDX) he make me laugh pretty hard sometimes,

You see when he first started going on the radio and doing interviews I was an important part of the story timeline.
It was like there was NO WAY to tell the story without including me in it, or was there !!!!!!!!!!!!

At first he would say my name and stuff and tell the story about calling the NTSB and FBI.
I was pretty accurate, not 100% but close enough so it didn't upset me.
After a few time on the radio, my SHOUT oUT time was getting shorter and shorter untill one day it was completely gone. AFTER A WHILE I WAS TOTALLY OMITTED FROM THE STORY !!!!!!!!!!!!

THE REASON JEFF MADE THE CALLS WAS BECAUSE I WAS SCARED TO MAKE A PERFECTLY LEGAL CALL TO A GOVERNMENT AGENCY TO ASK SOME PERFECLY HARMLESS QUICK EASY QUESTIONS.
I WAS WORRIED THAT I MIGHT GET IN TROUBLE IF I DID BECAUSE THE GOVERNMENT HAS ACCOMPLISED WHAT THEY WANTED AND HAVE STRUCK ME WITH ENOUGH FEAR THAT I WOULD BE TOO NERVOUS TO CALL.
SO I GOT JEFF TO CALL:

1) BECAUSE HES IN CANADA AND ITS LESS OF A RISK ( I WOULD ACCEPT THAT REASON. NO PROBLEM

2) I DON'T HAVE THE PROPER EQUIPEMENT TO RECORD ( i'VE EXPLAINED HOW COMPILCATED AND COSTLY THAT REASON IS)

3) CAUSE WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO IT I WAS TOO SCARED TO DO IT MYSELF (hmmmmmmmm)

NOW PART OF THE STORY ON THE RADIO IS ABOUT HOW JDX CALLED THE FBI AND SPOKE TO THEM HIMSELF,,, WHAT HE LEAVES OUT IS THE FACT THAT ONCE AGAIN HE WAS TO SCARED SOOOOOOOOOOOO, AFTER I CALLED THE FBI A BUNCH OF TIMES I CALLED HIM BACK TO TELL THEM THEY AREN'T TAKING ME SERIOUSLY. THEY WANTED TO TALK TO ONE OF THESE PILOTS THAT WERE SUPPOSEDLY ACCORDING TO THE FBI "A FIGMENT OF MY IMAGINATION" !!!!!!!

NOW WHEN I HEAR THE STORY BEING TOLD ITS LIKE ALL HIS CREDIBILITY IS

I can tell this by the way he talks on the radio, he doesn't speak as much or as loud or as obnoxious as you other guys!

(Jack Blood is not included in "you guys", so far Hes still cool in my books, But I don't like seeing him take a backseat to Alex anymore. Jacks way better at everything and would be the one who would be the best at being a leader and a mentor for the "truth movement" if there even is a movement that doesn't have alterior motives !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dylan didn't waste his time trying to steal credit for the story, instead he went and made the story stronger by improving it with the meta data information so we could back up the credibility of the ORIGINAL 1giger !!!!

I only got about 10% of the way through (I can totally understand why he had a headache after writing it!), but up to then it seemed mostly a screed against the ego-stroking and profitteering of people like Alex Jones. Which is something I think we can all get behind.

Here is another woo truther, who can not find evidence. Lost without a brain in a world where a brain would come in handy. As in finding facts about 9/11. Here is one giant researched challenged LCF LC loyalist nut case who wants others to research his questions. Why? Is he too challenged to find the easy stuff? Is he baffled because his ideas have no facts and he is trying the change the subject some LCF guys may find out LC is a fraud? Who knows why this guy is as dumb as the rest of those who beleive in LC? (why is jackchit so challenged)
I have been popping in and out of the j-ref forum (I tried to register but they said I didn't provide the right details, I guess they are scared to debate a loon like me lol).
So I decided to make this thread where the j-ref and other OCT huggers can provide the top 10 pieces of evidence to support their claims.
Remember acts of terrorism are criminal acts and in a court case the burden of proof is on the prosecution.
If the OCT huggers and critical finkers can come up with 10 stone wall irrefutable peices of evidence that 19 hi-jackers on the morning of 911 took control of those planes and crashed them into their respective targets with the exception of 1 (I can't imagine shanksville was a target) then I will stand corrected.
Lets please stick to facts they are always trying to discredit our research now lets see if they can prove the official story.
