I like to read write-ups of TAM, so if you're blogging it, link to it! Evelyn and I are both posting synopses over at Skepchick...I've separated them into their own TAM5 category for ease of reading. Check them out here:

I wrote a description for my friends and family in my personal blog. I think I'm too new to the forums to post a link, but let's try this:
Apply tinyurl to "34thut".

Some dude is blogging about it at rinderpest.com, but entry is not up yet. He's been kind of lazy recently.

I'm in the same boat as mfaison - just joined the JREF forum so I cannot yet post links. I occasionally post on StupidEvilBastard dot com. I've also written a bit about TAM5 and some other critical thinking issues on my blog at SmugBaldy dot com.

On Saturday afternoon I went for a long walk down the strip and back, and I found the glitzy hotels just as depressing as the Riviera. Extreme objectification of women...
You say that as if it's a bad thing. What are you, some kind of sicko?

Maybe I'm gay. ;)
Actually, I understand that sex workers in Vegas have a choice, make good money, etc., but I'm an old-fashioned liberal, and an atmosphere that empowers sexist a**holes makes me sad and tired. My camp-appreciation cup fills up fast in a place like Vegas.

I didn't much care for Vegas (but just to be clear, this was my first TAM and I absolutely loved it), but Phil Plait's blog reminded me of an attraction that I can't believe I forgot about... The Star Trek Experience at the Hilton! How could I have missed it?

Hmmmm, I put my blog up at skepchick site, but can't figure out how to do photos yet!
YIKES!
Still, it's there for a limited engagement to please enjoy while you can!
And I will try to get up some exciting photos, especially the one of Teller being so RUDE.
Sorry, no photos of the "jumper" on the MGM sign. It's not like Lynn and I had all day just to hang around waiting for the guy to jump!

I've been reading posts on your site, and I put my first post on my own blog, but I don't know how to post on yours. For those of us who aren't Website Goddesses, can someone tell me?
ETA: I have a lame blog, but it's for my own amusement and to embarrass my sons some day. Naomi's Brain Fuzz (http://ngener.blogspot.com/)

oh Geek, our purpose in life is to embarass our children. It's the only thing that makes having children fun. Payback.
And your son had better be buying you cool stuff in Guam, or you are so going to get a lollipop next forum party.

Ehm, all you do is click on the little thingie at the bottom that says "comments". It's pretty easy.
You might need to register (http://skepchick.org/blog/wp-register.php) a login first though.

thanks, I am a member (although I don't post, just lurk). I misunderstood that she was looking for TAM-related posts, not comments on posts.
It's been fun reading them.

Well, you can't just post on the skepchick blog like that. Otherwise everyone would be spamming it I'm sure. If you want to be a skepchick blogger you'll have to talk to rebecca about that.

If you haven't tired of reading TAM5 accounts, feel free to check mine (http://blogs.briansisbell.info/bi_times/?cat=11) out.
My family and old friends are the intended audience since they really have no idea about JREF or what it means to me. But some of them would probably fit right in if they only knew ...

This one is not as much about TAM as it is about meeting Parker and Stone and getting their autograph for my son. I posted this (http://ngener.blogspot.com/2007/01/i-rock-i-rule-im-totally-cool.html) for his to show his friends. The magazine is being framed.

My Write-Up (in case you missed its devoted, if rather empty, thread), is here:
http://www.mitchlampert.net/News.aspx?S=212
Print-Friendly version here:
http://www.mitchlampert.net/PrintNews.aspx?S=212
It's about 11 pages long, with photos. (But, regrettably, too little of it is about Rebecca.)
