Er, are you sure that your terminology is correct?

I do not think that Muslims have initiated a Crusade: Crusade is a term coined by the Catholic Church used to describe a series of offensive military operations which had the goal of expelling Muslims from certain areas.

Jihad on the other hand, is term used to describe a Holy War and there have been Jihads in the past, and to a limited extent, there is one going on now
