I have agreed to be interviewed tonight on The X-Zone (http://www.xzone-radio.com).

I do not know much about it, but it appears to be a Canadian-based show similar in concept to "Coast to Coast AM".

I have no idea what to expect. It may be friendly or hostile, and there may or may not be callers.

I will be interviewed between 9pm and 10pm Pacific Standard Time.

That interview was great. Penn let's his guests have a word without talking over them, ver pleasant to listen to. Robert, you are a very patient man. You have a way of stepping through an issue, and letting the facts stand. Great speaker.

That is a strength when doing what you are doing on your site and in interviews.

RS: Just stay on-topic, and don't let yourself get baited into something else. Stay reasonable, don't get mad, just try to be a friendly, nice guy--which is natural for you, of course.

You might have them correct the web page name, even if it's not set up as a link.

Actually, although I don't think this is 'friendly territory', they may actually be receptive to the work against Sylvia Brown. She's definately falling off the high horse and I rather doubt that she can depend on the UFO crowd to be very sympathetic to her self-induced woes.

Were ALL the callers named Robert too?

Well done RSL keeping your cool when the "I'm not psychic, but I've done readings" guy was on.

I think it was a good show for you to be to be on as there were probably a good number of woos listening in. This will hurt Sylvia.

Interesting lions den!As it turns out, not at all. The host was totally supportive of the site.

That interview was great. Penn let's his guests have a word without talking over them, ver pleasant to listen to. Robert, you are a very patient man. You have a way of stepping through an issue, and letting the facts stand. Great speaker. Thanks, IBT!

RS: Just stay on-topic, and don't let yourself get baited into something else. Stay reasonable, don't get mad, just try to be a friendly, nice guy--which is natural for you, of course.I doubt I would get mad even if the host and the callers were pro-Sylvia. As it turns out, that was not the case.

But show a little passion.I think I did, once or twice.

You might have them correct the web page name, even if it's not set up as a link.Ah, well. I think they'll figure it out.

Actually, although I don't think this is 'friendly territory', they may actually be receptive to the work against Sylvia Brown. She's definately falling off the high horse and I rather doubt that she can depend on the UFO crowd to be very sympathetic to her self-induced woes. One caller was concerned that the host ws being "down on all psychics." But there were no Browne supporters.

Were ALL the callers named Robert too?Wasn't that weird? The host was Rob, I'm Robert, and the three callers were Rob, Scott and Robert. :boggled:

I think it was telling that it was Scott who was worried we were being too down on all psychics. :D

Well done RSL keeping your cool when the "I'm not psychic, but I've done readings" guy was on.I'm there to talk about Browne.

I think it was a good show for you to be to be on as there were probably a good number of woos listening in. This will hurt Sylvia.I hope so.

RSL coming up!You make me sound like a shortorder cook item! :)

I don't do torrents. Is it possible to make this available for download as a standard audio file?

Ah, thanks. I didn't have space to put it or I'd have hosted it myself.

Download link (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=AVXB7CKR)

It's four .mp3 segments in a zipped folder, 5.75 MB.

The audio quality on the stream was pretty bad, so please note that's not my fault. I cleaned it up as best as I could with limited tools.

Thanks for the link, Wolverine.

Definitely a woo-oriented show which became evident when the host expressed doubts about Randi's Challenge. And then of course devoting a big chunk of time to a phone call from an amateur psychic who was upset that the host sounded "down" about psychics. :)

Then the host proceeds to endorse a tarot card reader he had on the show.

Free psychics, okay. Psychics who take money, not okay.

But, as usual, very well done, Robert.

Host: How can Sylvia redeem herself in your eyes?
RSL: Retire.

One small critique, if you don't mind. And this is more a critique of Randi than you.

You seem to be picking up Randi's voice inflections. The inflections Randi has when he is sounding a little irritated.

For an example, in the third audio file that Wolverine linked, starting at about 9:30 up to 10:30. The tone kind of increases during that minute. It does not get anywhere near the level it does with Randi, though.

Maybe that is just a natural result of being a skeptical workhorse pushing uphill all the way. It kind of creeps into your voice.

Tone aside, it is positively remarkable how similar your style of delivery is to Randi's. I hope you take that as a compliment, because I mean it that way.

Host: Some psychics would help find missing kids for no money.

Geez. Is the radio host really that dense? They claim to help police to bloster their notability, which in turn gives them publicity and more money. I'm pretty sure Browne doesn't charge police, but that doesn't make her contact with police any more responsible.

Moreover, prove such an "ability" exists!

*Sigh*
At least, these woos don't believe Browne.

Hey Robert

I just listened to it, and you did a great job! You stayed calm, factual, and didn't laugh when the host went all woo woo on you!

If the woo woos stop believing in Sylvia, then she will "retire", just as you wish. Maybe you could make it a "prediction".

Thanks for that. After you take down Sylvia, who is next?

Free psychics, okay. Psychics who take money, not okay.

But, as usual, very well done, Robert. Thanks, Luke. I figured I was there to talk about Browne, and just didn't put an oar in on the more general topic unless asked.

One small critique, if you don't mind. And this is more a critique of Randi than you.

You seem to be picking up Randi's voice inflections. The inflections Randi has when he is sounding a little irritated.Odd.

Perhaps it was because I was trying a bit more than usual to let my passion on the topic show.

Tone aside, it is positively remarkable how similar your style of delivery is to Randi's. I hope you take that as a compliment, because I mean it that way.Thanks.

At least, these woos don't believe Browne.Agreed.

If the woo woos stop believing in Sylvia, then she will "retire", just as you wish. Maybe you could make it a "prediction".Actually, I got an email yesterday saying that Browne seemed much more subdued in yesterday's show than in the past. If that is true, who knows whether it is a result of the media attention of late or not...

Thanks for that. After you take down Sylvia, who is next? One at a time!
