I believe Charlie Daniels called Satan a son-of-a-bitch. I dont think that means Satan is the son of God. Everyone knows Satan and God used to be best friends. Just a case of mistaken interpretation.

It could go either way, in Job 1:6
Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them.

We see he may just have tagged along or was one of the “sons” it seems when such a CEO calls a meeting he would not allow someone who was going to seek to over throw the company to come along. I mean This CEO is all knowing and should have known of this “plot”.

We can look at this a different way also on in which Country Singer Charlie Daniels may have called Jesus a son of a BITCH!




Lucifer .Note that the name Lucifer (another name for Satan) means light bearer, or morning star:
Rev:8:10:
Isa: 14: 12

Also "... from my Father. To the one who conquers(DESTROYS) I will also give the morning star(LUCIFER)." - Revelation 2:28

As just a few examples show Satan/ Lucifer is the morning star yet we find in The last page of the Bible something that reveals something of a shocker:

"I Jesus, sent my angel to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the root and offspring of David, and the bright and morning star." -Rev. 22:16

Not any more when a mortal is called a SOB.

The identity of Satan in Job is problematic. His name in Hebrew just means "accuser" or "adversary", more or less God's District Attorney. In fact his role is a bit legalistic there.

Identification with Lucifer the Light-Bearer, the morning and evening star, the fallen angel, may be a later development.
