God, that guy's got a resonant voice, it was actually uncomfortable to listen to.

Crap like the videos this guy is spoofing always reminds me of the wonderful possibilities in the English language to express that someone is not playing with a full deck.

Other favourites (to my non-english ears) are

Two sandwiches short of a picnic
Doesn't have both oars in the water

Maybe this inspires fellow posters to give me a quick update of additional ways to paraphrase CT's mental condition? Would love to learn something new :)

What is the point of it? (I'm at work and don't wanna turn up the sound) Did that close-passage really happen?

Hans,
He's trying to make fun of Dylan Avery by makign a video about how 9-11 never actually happened.

I can understand the motive, but I still don't think it's appropriate to joke about the events of that day.

It looks like xbox graphics of the plane flying past the twin towers. That is not real footage.

The camera zooms out, the plane shrinks correctly and goes out of focus.. It's a really excellent job (esp. the shadow), but I really don't think you can do that with XBox graphics.

Given that luckytv.nl is comedy, I don't think it is meant to be real footage ;)

Also, I wonder why an alleged German tourist would have his video camera superimpose the date and time stamp in the US format. And why the date appears to be of higher resolution on tape than the actual video. And why the date is superimposed not within the title safety cache. Just some thoughts, no proof.

I'll agree that the actual 3D part of it is very well made, as far as camera movement and focuses are concerned. Of course, it's quite obvious that it's 3D just by looking at it (esp. the wrong position of the sun, the lack of details on the towers, etc).

Nice work on making fun of Dylan, but then again, I'll go with chillzero to say that the joke isn't very appropriate, even 5 years after the fact.

I agree with Doc.

It's every bit has credible as LC.

Which of course leads to a new conspiracy: the elaborate plot apparently being carried out by EVERYONE (except me) which aims to convince yours truely that there WAS a terror attack on 9/11.

How do know that the WTC actually ever existed? It could just be a memory implanted in our heads from the Zionist/Bolshevik flouride in our water!!!!

I think the 3D footage was produced using Flight Simulator. Looks that way to me. Or maybe X-plane.

-GumbootCertainly not MS FS. That would have had to be FS8, (unless somebody inserted the Towers in a later version), and it didn't have the graphics we see. In facts, I doubt even FS10 has. It is not so much the plane and the buildings, it is the shadows. Shadow rendering like that will require some heavy CPU muscle.

It wouldn't surprise me if someone did add the towers. It also wouldn't surprise me if it's a different programme like X-plane.

The tower bypass of the plane appears to be filmed off of a screen. A convenient method to produce shaky camera movements, so that the footage comes across more amateurish, quickly shot. Also convenient to hide not perfectly done compositions. We won't know without asking the maker, but if I had to fake footage like that, I'd shoot a real plane at the airport, with a nice blue sky and no clouds. Makes compositing very easy. Then add computer generated footage of the skyline, and then shoot the result off of the screen to produce that "reality" factor.

It may not be nice to joke about 9/11, but it's even worse to excuse Islamic terrorists for committing it!

And not only was there no terror attack, there was no 9/11 -- that year Sept. 10th was followed directly by Sept. 12th, by secret government orders. They do that occasionally so the falsity of carbon dating doesn't get so obvious.
