IE Explorer and stored passwords

I belong to a lot of forums and as such have my logins and passwords stored. In IE7 I can find where I can delete all my stored passwords but is there a way to delete just some?

When you enter part of your username, IE will drop down a box containing the completion options. Use the mouse to Point - but don't click - at the one you want to clear (it should be highlighted) and press "Delete". It will ask you if you want to delete the stored user name and password. Click "Yes" - it should be gone next time you look.
