oooo I have a good one! From Roscoe:

Try this.

Stack four eggs one on top of the other. Glue them together and make a tower out of them. Ensure the structure is stable and will not topple.

Now break the top egg. Hit it with your spoon and similate an aircraft hitting it.

Will the three eggs below the top egg break all the way to the floor?

No because the mass of the top egg will be difused and free to deflect around the shells of the lower eggs.

Exactly like the towers.

Yes, he compared the collapse of one of the largest steel structures in the world to the collapse of four eggs glued together. LOL

Hot of the presses at SLC from the fabulous and delusional Debunked....drum roll please

You can come to the conclusion 9/11 was an inside job without ever needing a scientist. Why are you so focused on the collapse? Is that the only way you can shift the responsibility to an "expert"?

Never mind scientific, you have no proof of any kind, because you get your information from the Hopsickers, Tarpleys, Renses, and Alex Joneses of the world.

Do you have a problem with independent investigative journalism?

This has to be up there for an award.

See, radical Islam was CREATED and sheparded by the elites like Kissinger and Brzezinski(who I guess is having an about face) to use as pretexts to cause chaos.

Well 8bitagent is a square peg in a round hole.

He definately seems to believe the official account regarding:

19 Hijackers
4 planes
The structural failure of the wtc towers (not sure of his position on wtc7)
The passengers
The impact at the pentagon
The crash at shanksville
The hijackers being dead
Basically the entire 911 commission and NIST reports........
with the exception of:

Control of the hijackers
Finance
US Air defenceSo, all we have to do is 'convince' him of his errors in those last three, and we have another debunker!

Right, whose got the car battery and electrodes?

Nah. False alarm.

8bitagent has a woody for alex jones:

My fave Alex Jones' film is Martial Law 9/11, and then he got even more epic with TerrorStorm, so Im very excited about this.

Hopefully this shows 9/11 as the work of not just neocons, but European globalists, and exposes the whole European globalist new world order agenda, and exposes how many are pedophiles who have their hand in a lot of corporations.

28th Kingdom finally answers the question of the faster than faster-than-freefall pieces of debris over at Loose Change (http://z10.invisionfree.com/Loose_Change_Forum/index.php?showtopic=4197&st=0&#entry12785360)
Surely, if the buildings collapsed at "free fall" speed, the big chunks of debris falling off the building as it fell would fall at the same speed as the rest of the building? Which didn't happen.
You understand that an object falling at free fall only has the force of gravity acting upon it, right? Explosives WERE USED to bring down WTC 1 & 2 - thus the debris... that you think is merely falling... has been PROJECTED OUTWARDS which means it has a 2nd force acting upon it... thus, it is falling faster than free fall. Awwww, what happened? Did I just **** up yer fantasies?

Yer wrong... HAHAHAHAHA I WON!! HAHAHAHA Yer a loser... HAHAHAHA. 911myths.com is a joke, man... HAHAHAHA. What is yer pitiful ass gonna do when the truth becomes the official story, and believing that Arabs pulled off 9/11 would mean yer a conspiracy theorist? HAHAHAHAHA - you fool.

This came to me via PM from a LC poster who will remain nameless except for the name I bestow on him for nomination purposes: Reveille.

Optical Camouflage used on 9/11

A promising solution to our dilemma is that the military may have cloaking or stealth technology that allows it to temporarily “disappear” a plane from optical view. Essentially, there would be two ways to turn a plane to “blue sky” at the touch of a button, making the plane invisible to those on the ground and perhaps those at higher levels:

WAKE UP!

Although not as well written, this reminds me of a poem I read years ago. It was by an eight-year-old who was participating in a Harlem childrens' poetry program.

Last night my mother made liver and peas
She called it a promising meal

Important Note for all people making nominations:

I have volunteered to sort out the voting for the March Stundies, and the time for that is running out quickly. Just letting you all know that I will automatically be disqualifying entries which don't have a link or a screenshot.

Reason for this is simply because with a possible 8+ pages of quotes to go through, I can't include quotes (no matter how good they are) if it can't be verified that the person actually posted the quote in question. Even quotes from JREF should be accompanied by a link.

Thanks!

That's certainly a beautiful quote, that I have no doubt once existed...but like all things at LC, it disappeared when Avery decided it probably wasn't making LC look very good.

I don't really think there's a lot that can be done about that. Only suggestion I can make is to always screenshot LC (I have shots of all the threads I posted in), and check if maybe someone else here has a piccy of that quote?

28th gets all Biblical: (http://z10.invisionfree.com/Loose_Change_Forum/index.php?showtopic=5924&view=findpost&p=12826103)

When I say something is true... it's true. Why? Because, I said so...

At the sake of sounding like a genius...you could hammer an asteroid from outer space straight down on one of the (undamaged) twin towers...and it would not cause a chain reaction of floor failures from top to bottom. If anything, it would drill the vertical columns into the ground like a nail.

So, clearly an asteroid is not a falling rock. They must be moving too fast to be affected by mere gravity, and so cannot be said to be "falling". This must be true, otherwise 28th Kingdom would be wrong, which we know is impossible, because 28th Kingdom told us it was impossible.

Just as a change of pace. Two gems from ApolloHoax

Also since the magnetosphere has energy and since energy has mass and since mass is the source of gravity then it follows that a magnetic field will generate a gravitational field and such a field can deflect light.

light can also be bend by diffraction see link below
http://www.exploratorium.edu/snacks/diffraction.html

We where simply proving a point STS60 says that the magnetosphere has no effect on electromagnetic waves and we said it does, and we are correct it maybe a small amount but it shows that STS60 is not qualified to answer questions in this field.

Sooooo, diffraction is caused by magnetic fields in the pencils?

This does not mean that we know what happened or who are guilty. To determind this we need a new investigation (Zelikow is excluded).

http://www.911blogger.com/node/7273

Wainbee:

Mass of structural steel per tower = 100,000 tons (from above by CattleRustler)
Estimated total mass of each tower = 500,000 tons (1/5 mass is steel)

Boeing 767 maximum fuel load = 24,000 gallons
Boeing 767 fuel load Boston to LA = 10,000 gallons (estimated by pilots flying this milk-run)

FEMA & NIST maintain 10,000 gallons of Jet A1 collapsed a 500,000 ton tower

Divide both figures by 1,000 to maintain the same ratio:
10 gallon jerry can of kerosene will destroy 500 tons of concrete & steel - OR -
10 gallon jerry can of kerosene will soften 100 tons of steel.

Question: Where were you when you woke up to the truth ?

Answer by Robo @ LCF.

Gradual for me, not a moment of realization. Also, it's arrogant but perhaps useful to assume that you're fully awake. IMO, all life is like a dream, there are things we personally as individuals will never be able to see, know or understand.

batmanchester @ LCF (http://z10.invisionfree.com/Loose_Change_Forum/index.php?act=Post&CODE=06&f=6&t=6130&p=12886167) makes a discovery!

Picture LA3 throws away their theory that the fuel rushed down the elevator shafts. As you can see, the elevators weren't set up in a straight line, you had to get off and get on another set of elevators to get to the top, but they aren't straight lined, it looks almost like a stairway.

Apparently batmanchester thought that none of the millions of designers, builders, students, employees, clients, visitors and tourists that had studied or been in the Twin Towers noticed this.

Fortunately for "the Trooth," he finally got a chance to look at the blueprints.

There will come a time when you will deny you ever held the views you have claimed to hold on here, and sooner than you think. Sooner than we all think. I was prepared for the long haul on this issue, but to be honest things have moved along much quicker than I thought they would have and, the imminent possibility of WWIII aside, happy days are here again.(my emphasis)

Without Rights seems to be in the middle of a suicide-by-mods frenzy, but he took the time to make a final play for the Stundie:

This site does not have facts are their side, they have a explaination for an unexplained mystery. You win arguments by bullying and teaming up and quoting NIST as fact when it is also just a theory.

Ohhhhh....how they must feel the weight of the world on their shoulders...since the future of humanity rests firmly there...according to Look-up at LCF.

I see a logical truth in all of this. That the perpetrators of 9/11, NWO, whatever you want to call them, will use everything in their power to stop this.

The patriot act has a provision for suspending the transition of power for a reason.

We are refusing to leave Iraq for a reason.

They are controlling the media for a reason.

In 2009 (when innaguration is supposed to occur), we will see a first in american history. A president who refuses to leave office.

The dictatorshiip will be a formal reality.

This is going to occur unless we can out the evil-doers before then.

Everything depends on the success of this movement. EVERYTHING!

Yes, because all anyone has to do to seize absolute power is merely claim it. They don't need any support from anyone else... at all...

I formally declare myself Lord of the New American Empire. Man, that was easy. So, when do I get to move into my mansion, and where are my hot maids?

Lyte's theory as of why they chose not to crash a plane into the Pentagon:

They used planes as diversions while the actual destruction of the towers was completed with pre-planted explosives.

Same MO in Arlington.

Perhaps they didn't want the plane to hit the pentagon because they wanted more control over the damage since no catastrophic destruction of the entire building was planned.

scooby (http://forums.randi.org/showpost.php?p=2475443&postcount=82) is pushing hard at the end of the month. He refuses to be denied that Stundie Award!

It all hinges on the collapse of the towers - 3 steel frame buildings, effectively huge springs, shattered like glass in seconds - an event that could not occur without the use of explosives.

[introducing "Why the Facts of 9/11 Must Be Suppressed: Understanding the Ruling Group Mind Behind the War Without End" (http://aud1.kpfa.org/data/20070321-Wed1300.mp3), a presentation by Dr. John McMurtry]

In response to the extreme pressure of forcing reality to conform to manufactured delusions, the group and its members become increasingly submerged within a pre-conscious field of hysteria, denials and projections. In the case of 9/11 and the 9/11 wars, the "shadow subject" of the "ruling group mind" and its executive vector propelled two war criminal invasions of other societies and police state laws across the world. Their program is being played out in Iraq against heroic resistance, while elsewhere in the empire the "regulating group mind" demands complicity with its fundamental assumption - that 9/11 was an attack from the outside, and that the earth and its creatures are not sacred.

At first, when I read the quote, I thought it was a context thing that would be cleared up in the video--like maybe there was some cross-talk or something. Nope. She said exactly that, as a complete thought. Not only that, but she said it TWICE.
