Here's an update on the mother who swung her 4 week old child like a baseball bat at her boyfriend during an argument. It's seems that "alleged" is no longer the proper word in this case:

Mom pleads guilty to using baby as a weapon

POSTED: 12:45 p.m. EST, March 6, 2007

ERIE, Pennsylvania (AP) -- A woman pleaded guilty Tuesday to swinging her 4-week-old son like a bat to hit her boyfriend during a fight, fracturing the infant's skull in the process.

Chytoria Graham, 27, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a child under a plea agreement with prosecutors.

By pleading guilty, Graham acknowledged that on October 8 she grabbed her son Jarron by his feet and swung him, hitting her boyfriend and seriously injuring the child.

1. There was nothing else handy to hit the boyfriend with?
2. Is there a reason this Oxygen Thief should be permitted to continue breathing?

Is this like using sex as a weapon but after the fact?

I agree completely, DR.

I guess when you don't have a gun handy . . .

When guns are outlawed, only outlaws will swing babies.

It was a retro-active abortion, unfortunately for the child. :(

I'd settle for:

3. The child is taken away from her permanently for adoption, she is forcibly sterilized, and she is forbidden to live in a household with children ever again.

You're out of the loop. Babies are this season's billy-clubs.
