What has happened to it? I just went to www.skeptics.org.uk and the whole site has disappeared.

I can't speak for John Jackson, the site's founder and webmaster, but pending an official statement from him I'd like to comment on this.
My take on it is that the site has been removed while the UK Skeptics staff reassess our objectives and priorities. Whether that leads to the site being reinstated or not, I can't say at this point. But personally I find the articles on the site and the forum a useful resource, so I'm hoping it'll be reinstated at the least to serve as an archive, even if UK Skeptics doesn't continue as an organisation.

Now I feel bad - I didn't contribute but did read over there. If they want/need a new home (with full credit et cetera) for the articles and the like they can be hosted here.

Thanks for that, I will let John know you've offered. It's not a resources question, it's just a matter of whether the organisation can achieve what we want it to in it's current incarnation. I'm expecting the content will turn up again because John really did do a fantastic job with his articles and although we'd only launched one factsheet so far (chiropractic) it was extremely popular.
Will keep you posted when I know more.
