"A cackle of witches" is entertaining, but I'm afraid Terry Pratchett has already established that the collective noun for a group of witches is "argument".

How about a 'clutch' of heart attack victims? I think I'm responsible for coining it unless anyone knows differently.

"A Disgrace of lawyers". This is from a John Adams quote; "One worthless man s a disgrace, two worthless men form a law firm, a room full of worthless men become a Congress." One should note Adams was both a lawyer, and a Congressman.
