View Full Version : Luke Rudkowski

NYC police accused Luke Rudkowski of being a terrorist, having a bomb and a cellphone gun. Apparently this is on video
http://www.jonesreport.com/articles/270407_false_bomb_threat.html
As i once said, it just isn't a good idea to antagonize and not listen to those that have guns and the power to put you behind bars. This says nothing about either party being right or wrong but I do disagree strongly with Luke's tactics.

and now the police have given him just what he wants...
Fame and notoriety amongst his truther peers.
Luke is likely loving this, as now he is a 9/11 truth martyr, so to speak.
Annoying, but typical.

TAMMore or less anybody can spin anything in a positive fashion. I really doubt he wanted to sit on his butt in a cell for 30 days with a really big horny guy.

he won't...that is the problem. He will get out on bail, and the case, after in the courts for about 1-2 years, will likely be dropped, but he will still have this video, this incident, to gloat about...that is the tragedy of this thing.

Is there anything other than the twoofer's unsupported word that these guys were police? They don't say anything about it on the video shown, and in fact, at the start, one of them is one the phone, and one of the twoofers comments on him "phoning the cops".
Looks to me like they're probably building or corporate security, instead.
Once people clearly identifiable as police show up, what happens? Nothing much. Why didn't any of the twoofers complain then about being called terrorists?

The guy on the phone was in another video where these guys tried to film at wtc 7 and they were told the sme thing...that time ended different because they listened but Luke did give the security guy a DVD :)

I was there that day. Luke has some major issues with law enforcement people. I'm glad to see that WTC 7 building security guards are doing their job. Does Luke really want them to be passive about protecting lives there?
Luke, while holding one end of a huge banner that says "9/11 Was an Inside Job": "We're not protesters."
What an idiot.

Yeah...that was an odd response from Luke...oh well....hope he didn't have that huge horny guy in his holding cell. I wonder if he would still be a homophope or would he be a homophile?

Luke was on Alex Jones yesterday to talk about this. Apparently he was not even arrested, but was "detained" for about an hour at the site. Although he claims to have been wrongfully accused by a policeman, the guy who said that Luke looked like a terrorist and thought he might have a bomb was clearly a rent-a-cop. Might be NYPD moonlighting, but I'm guessing not. Alex promised to send Luke a check for $800 to buy some better cameras, and officially gave his blessing to Luke's faction (not sure if he was including Foti, or if this endorsement applied only to We Are Change) over Les (Urantia) Jamieson.
I couldn't resist titling my post on this at the blog as "Sue The Force, Luke!"

Although I am certain that Luke is something of a narcissist (as are probably all documentarians), I would be wary of ascribing completely base motives to him. First, he's dedicating his activism to Dan Wallace. And second, he's gotta be on the short list for the Truther most likely to go postal.:aaa!

I admire his dedication to his lost friend, but his focus is misguided on hatred for the USG, and IMO should be refocused on investigating, legitimately, the REAL TRUTH.
He is young, and full of adolescent rage, so I see why he is the way he is. Losing a friend at such a young age certainly will not help his rage.

And getting arrested isn't doing wonders for his resume either. I wonder if these guys consider their future much? I commend the NYP on their professional behavior.
Its clear that the building security went WAY OVERBOARD in their treatment of Luke.
The police responded like they should have and investigated reports of a bomb thinking that the reports were coming from an honest and reliable source.
I am sure that those building security officers are in for it over this.
In one of his videos either Luke or one of his cohorts calls the NYPD terrorists.

I'm not sure that "way overboard" is an appropriate descriptor. They joked around with him trying to scare him because he's a punk with no respect. How many times did they ask him to put the camera down? "It's my right" was his response... showing exactly why some people think those rights should be taken away...
Luke thinks he's really bigger than he is. Some security guy "making false claims" to Luke is some kind of big event. He's not even an experienced punk.
True martyr syndrome- though. He desperately wants to be the victim.
But what happened to him, here? Nothing.

Wasn't Luke's first encounter with the guy who said bomb. Luke had the nerve to give the guy a DVD last time in spite of the fact that he shooed them across the street. Well, if you antagonize some people then have the nerve to come back for more, I hate to say it but he got what he should have expected. I'm not justifying the security guy but if you push, don't be surprised when you get pushed back harder.

As long as Luke is protesting in perfectly legal fashion then building security should just ignore him and take the higher road.
Why go overboard and accuse someone of having a bomb?
Why waste your time and energy saying that they are going to be "in the hole" for 30 days?
We have every right to protest legally in this country.
I am not defending what Luke says.
It is apparent watching his videos that Luike craves confrrontation with the NYPD in particular but you will notice that on no occasion has the NYDP ever used tactics like these idiot security officers.
They went overboard and they should be reprimanded for this.

Yes we have every right to protest and like he was told BEFORE by the same security guard, public property where it was ok was across the sreet from where they were. They marked themselves by giving security a DVD last time, they "harassed" Larry Silverstein's daughter last time also. I assume if you did the crap Luke did last time (he does have a video of it), you would sort of expect unfair treatment from the same security guard. If you don't understand that, i really don't know what to tell you.

I completely understand that if I did what Luke did that there are people who would potentially overreat and act in an unprofessional manner.
This however does not make it right and only shows that the security officers in this instance could not control themseleves and needed to resort to phoning in potentially false reports that Luke had a bomb.
I suspect strongly the officer in question did not truly believe that Luke had a bomb.
I base this suspicion on the mocking way he spoke about it and seemed more concerned with telling Luke that he would spend 30 days locked up then he did with the safety of those around him over a bomb.

I have no doubt he didn't believe Luke had a bomb nor did anyone even attempt to justify his actions. So now what do you propose, security is supposed to allow these guys to walk and protest wherever they want? Luke did nothing to warrant the guy screaming bomb nor did he deserve having his cellphone a gun but when you antagonize security AND you accuse their boss (and by extension them) of mass murder, you better expect some mistreatment. The guy and his groupies have a problem with authority and now they might actually listen next time an authority figure speaks. Why are you acting like a woo over this?
